Totemo Kawaii Shop Reviews

Even though it took a long time for my stuff to arrive (which was expected because it’s being shipped from a foreign place), my items we in goof shape when they arrived. Also the quality of my bts shorts set was in good quality when recieved.

I love Totemo Kawaii. I love their products as they're really good quality. The customer service is amazing and I never seem to wait for my deliveries. I would highly recommend these to everyone!

I've ordered from them many times in the past with little to no problems.
I've had nothing but great experiences with their customer service, and Totemo always offers tons of cute and affordable clothes/accessories.
Highly Recommend!

I've ordered from Totemo Kawaii several times and on two occasions there were problems with the order. On both occasions I contacted them and their customer service was EXCELLENT and I was more than satisfied with the outcome(s). Because of their customer service, relatively fast shipping, and great products I continue to shop from them!

I love buying from here, the packaging is always so cute and I have never had any problems with the items I have bought. Would 10/10 rate you buy from here.

I have been a customer of about 4 years now and I’ve bought plushies from this website, clothes, jewelry, wallets, phone cases, pens, face masks and other cute items. This shop always has sales and freebies and give codes to returning customers for deals off their purchase. I understand shipping is currently very difficult with COVID-19 for the shop as I have been waiting for my order for awhile, but the quality of the products are wonderful and were actually very quick to ship. Right now it may take some patience in order to receive items but this is a website I trust and am happy to support!

This is the only online shop I'm subscribed to. They have the cutest stuff, unexpectedly reasonable prices, and they throw in free stuff for bigger orders. Also, they have the absolute best customer service (I love Jenny). And then there's all the merch. They're worth subscribing to.

Good shop, love that they give you free gifts with large purchases. Good customer too, when I had an issue with my order they were prompt to respond and even gave me a supplementary gift!

This shop hasn’t disappointed and everything I’ve ordered has been neatly packaged. Also their products are cute and the prices are fair.

I love this shop!
It has a lot of stuff and everything is so cute and nice plus the clothes are super pretty and comfortable to wear thanks to the fabric they are made of. The shipping is great and the stuff you order is always nicely packaged, you don´t have to wait too long to receive it and the prices are just awesome!
