Scam. Says enter email to get %40 discounts, then you get an email with link to the shop with the same prices as it was on the web before applying for discount. They just want your email for marketing purposes. Was about to buy something but didn’t. Untrustworthy.

Reading the review before replying would have saved us both time, but I understand. The template doesn’t have a field for “the discount is fake.” That was my point. Not the pop-up. Deceptive marketing doesn’t stop being deceptive because you apologise warmly for it.

DO NOT BUY! This “nice, good quality” -looking bag is a big disappointment… first of all the delivery was longer than expected and they communication was poor from TØTEs side. However the biggest disappointment was when the strap on my bag broke after just 1 months usage… I wrote TØTE about it, but they never got back to me regarding compensation or similar

I have bought a TØTE bag for my self and was so pleased I also bought a DUFFEL Bag. My daughter has an ALTA in Blue which she loves as it zips up for extra security commuting into London on the Tube.

The quality of the bags is incredible and are a pleasure to wear.

I had a problem with delivery which was entirely my fault and the level of costumer care and attention was FANTASTIC from the Tote Team and in particularly Marc and Hajo.

I am a very very happy to recommend these excellent bags and the team that make them.

The stitching on the zipper of my SIV bag came loose after washing. They asked me to send pictures of it and the same day I recieved word that they arranged a replacement bag. I only had to pay shipping cost. Whitin three days I got my new bag!
I'm really happy with how Tøte Costumer Support handled it because I really, really love my SIV bag.

I received a bag that had stitching come undone, less than a month after I received it. I left a review demonstrating the damage, and customer service reached out the same day, offering a replacement bag. They shipped it out the next day, so I’m very satisfied with the care I was shown by customer service.

I was incredibly excited about my order from TØTE and couldn't wait for it to arrive. However, I had an issue with my initial delivery because the local postal service failed to deliver the package directly to my door and returned it to sender. I contacted TØTE’s customer support, and I am absolutely blown away by how helpful and understanding they were!

Instead of canceling everything, they didn't refund my money, so I didn't have to waste time waiting for a bank transfer back and forth. Instead, they immediately created a replacement order and arranged a new shipment for me right away. Their communication was incredibly quick, professional, and kind. And most importantly, they got everything figured out during the weekend. It is rare to see such fantastic, hassle-free customer service these days. Following my previous review about TØTE’s amazing customer support, I wanted to share my thoughts on the product itself.

I’ve been using SIV | Crossbody Bag/Black for just a few days, but I am already extremely happy with this purchase. The quality of the materials is top-notch. It’s incredibly spacious—I was even able to fit my summer motorcycle jacket with all its armor pads inside, along with plenty of other everyday items!

The strap holds really well and doesn't slip off your shoulder, making it very comfortable to wear whether carried on the side or across the back. Excellent quality and great design. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! Unfortunately, the bag I purchased was damaged after only one use. I contacted the customer service team and sent them some photos.
