I have taken this watch to the local jeweler and they told me to take it back to the manufacturer for repair. I have looked on the web for a firm and came across this firm that claims to repair these type of watches. It was an old watch and had to look up the value on EBay to see if the watch was worth repairing. After several emails with them on instructions on how to ship the item and pay for the service, it came back repaired. My wife loves the watch as it brings back memories of the original owner of the watch. She says that it keeps good time and sparkles from the special cleaning that the watch received. Thank you so much for keeping the memory alive for her and for me.

This company serviced my vintage Seiko. They got the movement running smoothly, communicated with me through the whole shipping and service process, and finally, gave me a 1 year warranty on their work. I will definitely be getting more of my mechanical watches serviced by them in the future!

Service, communications and price all very good. Only problem was delivery which took more days than promised.

These guys took a beat up Seiko from the 1980's and returned it looking new. And I assume that the pride that went into the exterior appearance also extended to the overhaul of the internal functions. Beautiful workmanship and I couldn't be more pleased.

I was hesitant to put my watch in a glass of water after a battery replacement. To my surprise, the watch did not take in any moisture. I was glad to have my timepiece in working condition after a battery replacement. I've had this watch for almost 25 years!

I got water inside my Rolex watch, I took it to 3 places and all of them said it needed new parts and an extensive overhaul which would range from $900-$1500, Thankfully I found Total Watch Repair online and brought it to them for another opinion, They were able to dry out the moisture and reseal the watch for $150. They did say that if the watch failed to keep time in the future it would need a standard overhaul which would cost about $395. So far the watch has been working great, they basically saved me from getting ripped off and I can't thank them enough!

I was enormously pleased with Total Watch Repair start to finish. I have a Longines women's watch which my husband bought for me on a whim on our first trip to Paris (it was WAY out of our price range!) It's my pride and joy. It stopped running and needed serious cleaning. I could not find a Longines certified jeweler in Tucson where i live. Total Watch Repair is certified so I got in touch with them and sent in my Watch. Their communication was top notch. They let me know as soon as they received it and regularly kept me up to date on its progress. I received a very reasonable bill for their services and my Watch came back as if it were brand new. You can trust them implicitly and their prices are fair.

and the turn around time was faster then expected.

I took in a watch that I had previously gone to another place, but they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. This place not only fixed it, but did it cheaper than the previous I am a customer for life do not hesitate you can bring your business here with no problems.

About 7 month ago, I sent my watch to be repaired, after several back and forth, they were unable to fix the problem(s), moisture penetration. One of the main issue was that total watch repairs does not guarantee their work when it comes to water testing/resealing. Ultimately they refunded my money. Unfortunately my watch is more broken then originally. DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST.

I sent my 40 year old Seiko watch for complete service and some upgrades etc.
They provided excellent service, stayed within the repair estimate and returned with expedited shipping.

I had my grandfather's watch, a 1947 Bulova Princeton that had been thrown in a box for 50 years! I wanted to see if it could be restored and repaired. TWR did a beautiful job. Looks like new and runs like a top.
Wasn't inexpensive, but once again it hadn't been wound in at least 50 years and is over 75 years old.
I am really enjoying it!

Total Watch Repair is incompetent and dishonest. We sent my husband's watch to them after it stopped working. It is an automatic watch, which winds from hand motion.
When I finally got the estimate for repair, TWR was quoting more than the cost of replacement for the watch. They said that several major parts were "broken, including the mainspring." The watch was never misused, and I asked for it to be returned.
I took the watch to a local watch repair, and the gentleman there said he now tells his customers to avoid automatic watches. He merely wound the watch, and it has been working perfectly since then.
Could this happen with a broken mainspring? I THINK NOT. They obviously never opened the watch and tried to scam us out of almost $1000.

First this review is for an online order. Ordering was very simple and fast. However trying to receive any update information from this organization regarding my order number 32143 is impossible. I sent them six different emails, all without any response. Shipping was to be 3 to 5 days and it is now 7 days, without any more information. I do not recommend this organization to any one for an online order. NOT RECOMMENDED.

These guys did a repair for me on a Swiss Military watch. Stellar results and it looks great and is running great. Thank you.

Fast and a pretty darn good price for repair of my Oakley watch. Communication was very good. Received my watch via federal express and could not be happier. I will be using them again and would recommend them highly and definitely over Oakley Watch Repair in Layton, UT.
