prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful and friendly

HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE STORAGE BUT THE CONSTANT RAISING OF THE PRICE IS MAKING IT HARD TO CONTINUE TO RENT.

I have used your storage facility for over 12 years now.
I have actually rented several units during this time.
The unit I now rent I have used for many years.
I am very happy with the unit location on the 2nd floor, the 1st floor would not do.
I have no complaints.
I was frightened a couple of years ago when someone cut off locks & cut through the part on the doors that you hook your lock on...
The rent has increased.
I wish the long time customers got a little break for our consistant business.
I have recommended instorage much over public storage to everyone.
I think it is much cleaner.
Public storage has a bad smell over there.
It was easy to chose instorage in the beginning for even that reason.
Safety is a huge factor.
I wouldn't want to use any other company!
Others are so much more inferior!

Its the best place to secure items you need to store. The only problem i see is the unit i have is in a very "cramped" isle and hard to get items in the storage unit. Not able to get thru if a vehicle is in the same osition as you are. Price is good and easy to enter the gate area. Highly suggest it to any one.

I've been asking for a secure mail drop that is TAMPER PROOF. For example checks fall to the floor in a box receptacle. As it is, a person can reach in and grab someone's check. Please redesign your mail drop. Thx

I have been most pleased with the experience I have had with Myself Storage. Claudia is professional, efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful. This company is fortunate to have an employee of her character working for it.

Customer service could be better. I have gone through a huge hassle when it comes to insurance for my unit. Tenents should not be forced to buy insurance if they do not wish to purchase it. Had to fight to not pay extra for insurance that was being forced on to me. Prices are being raised to frequently.

I really like the fact that they are patient with their customers, payees, those who rent from their storage unit. Their friendly ,courteous, respectful. I enjoy those friendly faces & smiles. Thank you to all who work there and make it a better place to rent storage units.
