Excellent. Clean, spacious.

Nice clean and safe place for storage but inconvenient hours, rental cost went up annually and not all staff was too knowledgeable on questions asked. Over all the 3 year rental experience was okay.

Back when we first started with this storage company they were every accommodating and looked to help you out. We had this for many years without a raise in our rent and then when the new owners took over I have been raised continuously without any regard to listening to what we have to say. I have tried to reach the owners for many months and they would not even acknowledge me at all. I do not have a beef with the current manager of the of the Storage Facility as he is just towing the company line. They know they have us hostage as it would take a lot of time and effort for me to find someplace else. If it was easy, I would move from this Storage company in a flash. If I were you, I would find somewhere else.

I first came to IN Storage for my company. I found that the people running the facility were very helpful and kind.
We eventually were able to rent an office not being used to store our documents and other items in our office building. although your facility was close this was much more convenient for us.
At that time I was moving from a house to an apartment and had such a pleasant experience with In Storage I rented a unit for my personal use. i have been very happy about trusting anything I have at your facility.

Instorage is very clean, well monitored and offered a free moving truck for use which really saved me when I was moving last minute from literally around the corner.
The ladies at the desk are very helpful and provide any information needed to make a decision on choosing the best size unit. I looked at a few storage places in the area and had no hesitation in choosing Instorage.

Reasonable prices, convenient location, secure facility, and a friendly and helpful staff. What's not to like?

Have had a unit here for 6 years. No problems. Have an inside unit and love that the temperature is always the same so my things don't get damaged.

you are expensive and then your raise your rates 14.00 to us.
Not five dollars not ten but fourteen dollars. What, did the cement people's
property is sitting on get more expensive. Next , another notice that you are not accepting cash. I don't pay in cash. Service and friendliness is everything. It would be smart to be a little more humble,

My only problem with the facility that I use is that there isn't any accommodations for the handicapped. My unit is upstairs so I have to send others to act in my behalf. An elevator would be great.

The alarm codes do NOT work for the 24hr accessible units.
I work nights performing shopping center maintenance and upon entering
my pass code (for unit B133) the alarm always sounds off. It would be great if this could be remedied.

This is a great secure and clean facility, and is easily accessible. Auto-payment was convenient and hassle-free. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area that needs storage space. Happy customer for about 4 years.

Dislike the forced storage unit insurance requirement. Rates for units climb too frequently. A big plus is secure and inside storage units that are very resistant to temperature and weather changes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
