Over 20 site outages in a year, unwilling to release from contract
I originally was hosting with Zero Lag, which was acquired by Total Server Solutions. After the acquisition, my site would go down 2-3 times per month resulting in lost revenue. After enduring over a year of these site outages, I ultimately decided to move to a new host. Total Server Solutions refuses to release us from our contract despite a clear breach of contract since they were not providing reliable service. I feel like I gave TSS very adequate time to sort out the issues before I moved to a new provider. Very disappointing that after the documentation of trouble tickets they still feel entitled to monthly service fees until the expiration of the contract.
I would highly recommend choosing a different hosting provider.
