AJ from TotalPro did a wonderful job fixing a leak in our bathroom. The job turned out to be bigger than expected and he was so professional and kind. He took his time and fixed everything perfectly. I would definitely use TotalPro Plumbing again.

I signed up for a home warranty a few months ago and since then I’ve called the company twice for a problem with my dishwasher and now disposal. I have to say that both times they sent out very knowledgeable and reliable repairmen. They’ve been great.both times. Focused, quick, pleasant. Bob Clark from TotalPro got my disposal replaced.

I found TotalPro Plumbing through my home warranty company. They came right out to assess my issue, they worked with my warranty to get things covered and then quickly fixed my issue. I’ve since used them 2 more times. Once under the warranty and once to replace a shower system and all the caulking. All 3 times they were very good at the communication and scheduling and did great work each time. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I had an ejection pump problem where the basement bathroom was not draining or touching. Total promptly arrived on site when scheduled. Bob got down there, diagnosed the issue. Was able to test the pump and determine it was just a stuck float. I monitored for 4 days where he reached out as discussed. Everything is still working. Will certainly call them in the future when I have plumbing issues.

Bob is absolutely wonderful and was a consummate professional! He called prior to his arrival to confirm if an early arrival was acceptable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing step-by-step and why it was required. He was so patient with addressing all of our questions, which was greatly appreciated! Bob took care to wear shoe protection and was careful and considerate navigating our home. He also provided us maintenance and prevention tips to help avoid any further drainage issues ☺️If you have plumbing concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to them!
