Total Prepare staff worked with our local government to get the exact product we were looking for. Although our product was back ordered, we received regular updates on the arrival including delivery options and schedules to suit or operation in a convenient and timely manner.
We will not hesitate to use Total Prepare again.

First and foremost, communicating with the folks at Total Prepare was fast and informative. That is key. I will definitely do business with them again. I can't comment on the food for obvious reasons. Hopefully I will never need it.

Always satisfied with the products. I was a little annoyed with the missing item I ordered which wasn't available in stock and subsequently having to wait for the stock to be resupplied. After receiving an e-mail stating that I would have to wait 3-4 weeks and then not being contacted after that 4 week mark, I had to send an e-mail myself to the company to investigate. The water purifier I ordered was still not in stock by then but the company offered another similar product of a $40 dollar value more than my original water purifier. I felt that at least they made the effort to make things right after waiting so long. All in all I'm very happy though, I just wished their communication was a little bit more on point with what they had initially told me. I will be ordering from Total Prepare again.

My combo pack did not come with the items described but the substitutions were OK with me. Also it took a month to be delivered and they charged me upfront. I did receive an email letting me know of the backorder and the estimated time. So just a heads up.

I am preparing for a kayak expedition and needed some freeze-dried food supplies. TotalPrepare became my choice of supply as they carried several different vendors so I could order a variety of monthly supplies.

Their website was easy to navigate and questions on total calories for each offering were answered quickly by chat. My impression is they are honest, knowledgeable, have a good but not overwhelming selection and great prices as well.

They helped me work through a glitch on my credit card (banks fault); responding to emails promptly and even answered my telephone calls without having to work through a robot answering system. Even though it wasn't their fault, they included a small gift on my order.

Customer service, selection and pricing are my main decision on online purchases and I would highly recommend TotalPrepare on all counts.

I received the products as ordered, in good condition, and on time. Can't ask for any more than that.
