It was an awesome experience. There's a large selection, even for water. We ordered our emergency kit supplies online and everything was delivered in a few days to our door. We really like the canned water that lasts for 50 years. We have thrown out the 5 year water a couple of times now.

Ordered MREs on October 8. They still have not arrived. I get that supply and demand fluctuate, but I'd prefer the retailer not offer the product for sale if it isn't available. If there are going to be unexpected delays, some type of discount should be offered to the customer.

They had the product we were looking for at a reasonable price. The ordering process was easy. The product was exactly what we expecting. I even screwed up my delivery address and they were happy to fix it for me, no problem.

Ordered a freeze-dried entree bucket but discovered that one of the packages had erupted during transit. Received a prompt, courteous resolution to the situation. Will definitely purchase again and would recommend to others.

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease so can’t use the emergency food packs that we have in our emergency kit so was looking for a source for gluten free emergency food packs. Happily Total Prepare has an excellent selection of gluten free products. We ordered a tub of products and it was delivered quickly without any hassle.

We ordered a fair amount from here and it came in good time. Haven’t used any yet...just preparing for any unexpected emergencies. Will also be bringing some supplies to our boat. Again, for emergencies. Nice to feel confident that we won’t be thirsty or hungry in an event.

Great Healthy Vegetarian Options
Best to be prepared, should something happen and we are without utilities --love the support from this store. Food is healthy, tastes great and is easy to prepare. Great customer service --there was one little problem with the order that was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Order was processed without delay and arrived in just a few days.

After our phone conversation the other day I looked for gluten free MREs online and the only one I could find that was both an MRE and claimed to be gluten free was not certified - only no gluten added. We're keeping our ear to the ground though and if anything comes up I'll keep you in mind.
