Worst Customer Service Ever

Total Men’s Primary Care and their sister company, Total Behavioral Health, have the worst billing department I have ever seen. They totally screwed up my account by billing my secondary insurance first which denied the claim and then billing my primary insurance. They overcharged me, but then wouldn’t send me a refund. On my last telehealth visit, they wouldn’t let me talk to my Nurse Practitioner unless I paid $170, even though they are billing my insurance. This place is a total dumpster fire!

First, they never answer the phone and if you happen to speak to someone after multiple tries, everyone gives you different information and are clueless. They say they will get back to you, but never do. They are not able to connect you to a Supervisor, and one Biller hung up on me when I asked for one. They must outsource billing because one Biller was in a 3rd world country with roosters crowing loudly while I tried to talk to her. Another one was in a noisy call center and I couldn’t even hear what she was saying. You can’t make this stuff up!

Only seek medical and/or behavioral health services here, if you want to be throughly frustrated and receive the worst customer service ever.
