Totally Irish Gifts Reviews 

I recently bought a 50th wedding anniversary gift for friends of ours. I didn't want to spend loads, just something to mark the occasion, but I wanted something interesting. Scrolling online I found and Totally Irish and was TOTALLY please LOL!

So what did I like about it so much... I loved the fact that everything is TOTALLY Irish made. I know it's in the company name but I didn't put two and two together.

I loved the customer service. I ordered it about 9pm and needed it for the next day. Shauna emailed me back that night to say that she would get it in the post for sure, but couldn't guarantee it would be there as it's up to An Post. She thought it would be ok, but couldn't TOTALLY guarantee. I decided to drive to her office and collect it the next day.

I met with Shauna, who showed me around the office a bit and got such a good feeling about the items. She told me the history behind the item I bought. I told our friends who were TOTALLY impressed and loved it even more.

Perhaps a silly way to do a review and definitely a bit too long... but what can I say, I was TOTALLY impressed (and happy).

I usually don't do reviews, but I have to commend Shauna in Totally Irish Gifts, I by chance found this lovely company online while looking for an Anniversary gift for my wife, all pieces are Ireland sources and hand made, Shauna noticed I was cutting it kind of late in good old Man fashion for the product to be delivered, she realised that we lived near by and personally hand delivered the items which was amazing service, above and beyond. Shauna had contacted me to let me know of this and I was able to arrange a time. I can't say that this would happen for everyone for obvious reasons, but it does show how caring of the business the employees are, and the willingness to go that step further

5 stars is not enough!! Beautiful products well packaged and fast delivery.
I messed up the address on my order and Shauna at Irish gifts honestly couldn't have done more to try undo my mess up with an post. Thankfully the parcel arrived on time for reposting to the states in time for Christmas (they do international delivery but I wanted to post it myself along with other gifts).
I have ordered a few different bits from Totally Irish gifts and the experience has always been second to none.
