Horrible
For these products to be so pricey, they DO NOT WORK. I followed the instructions plus cut out all the foods I should not eat and saw no results plus exercise still no results. I spent well over 400.00 and nothing. This is a horrible way to scam people out of money and the young lady I got it from haven't heard from her since my last order and she can not be contacted, she not even on facebook where I found her, she never even asked if the products were helping I had to reach out to her. Sorry so negative but not sorry. Im now out of almost 400.00 and now on my journey to have the weight loss surgery which is why I join to avoid getting the surgery.

Your Reps always deny what is going on you guy were processing my smartship early and they said no i don't see that and i don't have time to contact my bank or pull it up try to go out to office depot and scan fax it to you guys so yes your performance is always pretty poor . I have gotta empty sachets , late product shipment and everything with the company but i have faith so i keep it moving not stress on me. But i will rate and take surveys to help the company to do better. Get better program technology.
