Been contacting for 2weeks and not being sorted.
I have contacting in the complaint email and not having reply.
The crazy smart meter charged me 3000pounds in just 3days!?? could you please refund my money and sort out the 'smart' meter ??

In hoesty i have had the worst experience with this company but having just dealt with Qyaam Clark, he was very helpful and if all he said is correct, ill be happy at last. He was very clear and very helpful so thank you Qyaam. Total Energies, you need more staff like him then perhaps people wouldnt leave you in droves.
