what good about total car check is that people can check there own car for mot and tax due date value and recalls that the car might have.

Completely no use paid £9.99 no more information available than when I hadn’t paid waste of time and money please use someone else to check your car it. Update did not give more information but I did have a refund thankyou

So helpful for purchasing my new car! All history and specs listed, felt much more at ease and confident with this information. A must have!

Its a total scam and manipulative..got two reports car not written off..two month later the car reported written off..but they failed contacted them they blame third party..i know they reply to this review with pathetic excuse again

Provides alot off detailed checks on a motorcar

Simply wanted to check if a selected vehicle had any write off history. Chose a 3.99 silver package, paid via PayPal, and on return to the website I was not given the information required, but an invitation to buy a package of 15 checks for £9.99. Very poor .

Totalcarcheck, you are indeed correct that payment wasn't completed. However your site is full of unwanted traps trying to convince any customer to buy more than they would likely need. If someone wants a simple check to find out if a car has written off history, then that should be a simple process, instead of having to jump through hoops. To be fair, the majority of competitors are exactly the same, and virtually indistinguishable (not all!), but this is not about them.
I will not be contacting support as I have obtained what I wanted elsewhere. Thanks.
