Completely awful - AVOID

Completely awful, sleazy, sham business. Sells a product which has multiple lies/false advertising in the description and ads. The heart rate monitor simply does not work and they have no solution but a laughable fingertip monitor. Already had to have it fixed once after dealing with issues and now it has completely stopped working. They will not refund me and completely ignore all of my valid complaints, no matter how many times I bring them up. Wesley can piss off, extension 1 and 3 both go to him, what kind of joke even is this company.

Defective Jacobs Ladder X Deceptive Sales Tactics

Purchased Jacob Ladder X for $6097 that arrived defective and non-working. Despite receiving a defective unit, the company refuses to honor pre-sales commitments made. Company stated in writing "...absolutely, any damaged machine or for any reason the machine does not function correctly, we will coordinate with the freight company to package it and return the unit, all fees would be paid and taken care of by Total Body Experts. We would of course have the manufacturer pay the costs but certainly not the customer. TBE would absolutely not expect a customer to have to do anything or pay any additional fee if the machine is not up to par. That would be awful."

Support team - Francis attempts to leverage manipulative, bullying tactics, mince words and is outright condescending.
