The shop staff was very helpful and patient. We went to the shop at least three times to look at a bedroom set, and discuss details. Every time, they patiently listened to us, and answered our questions (we asked such detailed questions that sometimes they did not know the answers, but even then they made calls and figured everything out and told us).
I deducted one star because of the installation team. When they came to install the furniture, something went wrong with the wardrobe installation, and the installer said that he cannot push the wardrobe closer to the wall because of the heating pipes close to the ceiling. He made no effort to get on a ladder and actually look whether that was the case. After the installers left, we looked, and the wardrobe was not even close to the heating pipes. They really tried to rush the job, finish it as soon as possible, and then leave. They could have been more thorough and checked everything correctly. Now we have a wardrobe that is not standing fully straight.
