Rubbish after care.
Ordered a plug in Wax melt warmer, stopped working after a few uses. Contacted company several times & was ignored. I paid through Klarna so they also contacted company & they ignored them too luckily Klarna refunded my money. Will never order from them again shocking customer service.

Absolutely disgusting excuse for a company.
Took my money, sent part of my order and now has ignored me ever since!!! Checked and could see they refunded some money but not the actual cost of the item they didn’t send!!!
THIS COMPANY ARE THIEVES. Untrustworthy, scam, beware at ALL costs.

I orderd to electric lamps one came missing the part to hold the wax I have sent numerous emails and made loads of calls can’t get hold of anyone got a email saying they would send it to me weeks later still no sight of it and still can’t get a reply I’m fed up and hurt as it was a bday present and made me sloop stupid by far the worst company to try and get resolution from all I want is the lid or send it back and get my money back

So disappointed
So disappointed! My candle turned up smashed due to not enough protection and when I tried to contact I got ignored! Don’t order from here if you don’t want a broken candle with no apology!
