Absolutely rubbish.

Only sent me half my meal, ordered in just eat.

Offered only a quarter refund with no way to discuss this.

I'm currently, hungry and pissed off.

Absolute jokers.

Absolute rip off stay well away. Gentleman wiping his nose with hands and the continued to make the salad without washing his hands.

Absolutely tiny portions! I wasn't expecting that for the money. I only went cause Zata was closed on a Saturday. I can make this at home and tastier. Ok is healthy and London prices but I still feel cheated and hungry!

This restaurant was a huge disappointment. The manager is completely incompetent and inapt to handle customer complaints effectively. There is no sense of customer service or business professionalism. The staff spends more time on their phones than attending to customers, even though the place is often quite empty, which speaks volumes. It’s such an embarrassment to the high street, and it’s time for this establishment to move out and make room for businesses that actually care about their customers

Been to the Tossed restaurant in Chiswick Park twice now and both times an ingredient was missing from the salad I ordered. Way too expensive to not be getting orders right :(

Great fresh salads every time! The portions size is really good and lots of different salads, wraps and hot food to choose from. I use to order individually and for group orders. The ease of ordering helps for a last minute large order. Thank you Tossed.

Very overpriced. All leaves, virtually every item is an extra cost, which results for a rather plain salad to be above £11 served in a half full small bowl. Also one piece of very very small avocado for £2.49. I won’t be returning. Disappointing yet it could be really good.

Great size bowl, quite expensive as a lunch option (£11). Had the smoked salmon, and now feel like I've eaten a whole BBQ - much too punchy - wouldn't choose salmon again.

I have been buying Lunch here for a year plus.
I am very happy with the service and the food. The Tossed i would normally use in the city was located at Coleman street. Then they changed staff. So i used the one on Gresham street. Then that one closed down.
I now use the Tossed on cheapside in the city. Please keep this one open and don't change the staff. Customer service is important to me and to see a face you can trust. ( Sharon ) . Clearly a person that understands repeat business and cleanliness.

I have been visiting greys inn road ‘tosssed ’ so frequently for my vegan salads...there is a guy ‘ROBERT’ who serves most of the time.. He is such an excellent person... I just love to visit that outlet because of Robert.. He serves so lovingly and willingly... Would love to give him 100/100...he knows my taste so well by now... Excellent service by him... He is a ✨ star

Efficient service in stores. I also wrote to customer service about an issue/query I had and was responded to immediately and professionally.

I ordered an avocado ceasar salad via deliveroo from the 10 Sheldon sqare Tossed restaurant. When it was delievered and I started eating I noticed the salad was not washed! For a 10 GBP salad I think they could at least make the effort to wash the salad!!!!

I have been a regular customer for year but...

As of today I will not be. I always make my own salad and I think London prices were justified. Although today I got my same large salad with no extras. I was shocked to see the size of the containers they have started using, also my container was nowhere near full, it was almost half full (the size of maybe their old medium salads. I will definitely avoid this salad bar from now on. Such a shame!

Dan from the 37 Sun street branch was so nice and helpful when it came to my order. I had accidentally ordered at the wrong location, and was waiting to get a salad. Dan made a salad and kindly said not to worry, fantastic service and of course FOOD. So keep it up Tossed, I will happily recommend and order again.

I would say that sometimes I rather frequently eat at Tossed in the Brunswick. My experience is that the food is healthy and delicious, and the staff is very friendly, competent and helpful. One member of staff that I remember is Adrian. When I’ve gotten food from Tossed, and he has been there, I recall him being aware of customers, kind, and engaging in a way that shows care and experience. There’s also two other women who have been there, when I’ve gotten food, and who stood out. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names right now, but, they have also been attentive to customers, adept, and very pleasant. In general, all of the members of staff are ready to help, welcoming, responsive, gracious and approachable, but those were just a few specific persons that I recall.
Overall, I recommend this branch of Tossed!

We tried this place in B Stortford services on M11. We liked the protein version with felafal- It was quite tasty . I want to thank the young man who patiently explained all the dishes and recommended a few.
Coffee was good as well .

Suggestion : I had a medium size Portion and my partner tried the small portion . There was no difference - I was charged £2 more :((

I'm sitting in Fleet services having just eaten a very nice but lukewarm jacket potato with cheese & beans. The flat light, that I assumed was similar to a flat white, is disgusting. It's very bitter, even with 2 sugars, and I don't take sugar. Left a nasty taste in my mouth and I've only had 2 sips. All a bit pricey at £8.68 would not buy from here again

Was good. Now rubbish.
Used to be more salad. Now all leaves and dressing. Over complicated ordering system.
