I was only able to finally order one item but the issue still persists with the 2 main items I desperately want but order not processing with or without the 10% discount code I have despite stock being available for the ICON DOUBLE RING size 9 and ICON HUGGIE HOOP EARRINGS.
Error message is the same as the last, cards go through and are pending on my account but the order does not complete stating sorry bag contains items that are out of stock. See screenshots and account of how many times I've tried.
At this juncture, I have given up and will just admire your products from afar.

I placed an order with TB on 22nd December 2025 for two items, to the value of £440, the items were due to be delivered by Royal Mail on Saturday 27th December. I was away for Christmas and thought as I wasn't home RM would keep the parcel and I could have it redelivered on my return, being a high value item I would have at least expected it to be signed for also. This was not the case, RM claimed it was delivered and the 'Proof of Delivery' was a box by a set of stairs, not once did I give authorization for the parcel to be left outside my property, nor did I authorise it to be delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place. I returned several days later to find no parcel, I checked everywhere and its vanished, none of my neighbours have it and there is no safe place as it is a communal area. I contacted TB immediately and there was a lot of back & forth with emails, they explained they were going to raise an investigation with RM and I would hear back on the 15th January 2026. I waited patiently with no updates and today I get told RM have advised they are unable to accept a claim for the delivery!!!! And I got told to check with the buildings concierge, security team, or mail room!!! IF I HAD THAT DONT YOU THINK I WOULD HAVE CHECKED, WHERE DO YOU THINK I LIVE BUCKINGHAM PALACE!!!! The facts are I have no parcel, TB customer service are atrocious and don't care, they just try and fob you off saying they will raise the issue with the internal team THAT DO NOT EXIST the whole service is appalling. I now have to contact my bank to get the charge reversed as under the Consumers Act 2015 I am intitled to a replacement or refund as my contract is with TB and they are responsible for the goods until they are in my possession. I guarantee I will never spend anymore money with Tory Burch and I would urger everyone else not to do so either, as it is coming up to a month and I have no parcel but have been charged for it and they think this is ok!!!! I expected better from Tory Burch – deeply disappointed
purchased the Miller Swirl Watch for over £250 directly from Tory Burch. Within weeks, multiple stones fell out, and the watch mechanism broke completely. I contacted Tory Burch, only to be brushed off and redirected to Fossil, their manufacturing partner.
Fossil never responded. No support, no solution, no accountability. For a brand positioning itself as luxury, this is unacceptable customer service and appalling product quality.
Tory Burch took my money and refused to take responsibility. I expected elegance and craftsmanship, but what I got was cheap build and complete silence.
Avoid buying watches from Tory Burch. You're paying a premium for poor quality and zero support.

I bought a watch for £315 which was a present for my partner's birthday, so was time critical. Needless to say that the delivery was posted to a completely wrong address. I contacted customer services who were no help at all, in fact, got back to me 2 days later to inform me that they would look into the situation. A further 3 days later the item was delivered to us but looked like it had been kicked around a rugby field.
We had to return the watch due to it being faulty and we requested a refund. We eventually received the refund 12 days later. A check on their website has seen the watch price increase by £35! Avoid this company.
Disappointed with Tory Burch’s Aftercare – Would Not Recommend Their Watches watch just…
I purchased a Tory Burch watch just over three years ago, and despite only light use, a component inside the dial has detached and is now loose within the face. This is clearly a manufacturing fault—not caused by misuse—but Tory Burch refuses to take any responsibility.
Instead, they refer you to Fossil, their licensing partner for watches. You’re expected to send the item at your own expense, with insurance, before even receiving an estimate for the repair. All communication from Tory Burch is polite but ultimately unhelpful—they’ve completely distanced themselves from after-sales care for their own branded product.
If I had wanted to deal with Fossil, I would have bought a Fossil watch. I chose Tory Burch for its brand reputation, design, and quality. Sadly, the customer experience has fallen far short of those expectations.
I don’t recommend buying Tory Burch watches—if anything goes wrong, you’ll be left to deal with it yourself.
SCAM company. Never received items. They blame carrier
Ordered shoes 15 days ago, they charged me BUT shoes never came. Their customer service pushes me to sort it with carrier and does not take responsibility. Carrier (DPD) claims they wrote wrong address, so even when I corrected it items again haven't arrived. Now I want my money back and they do not respond at all. I think this is a scam company
Balck tote bag and black sandal
I bought a black tote bag; it is very pretty. I also bought black sandals, but unfortunately, they are too narrow. Even though my feet are narrow, the sandals are too narrow compared to may narrow feet. Such a shame!
@Tory Burch Hong Kong airport duty free
I bought a bag on April 19, from HK duty free and look how it looks on May 23, 2025. It has scratches and the leather is damaged. It is frustrating and looks like they do not care about the quality at all:(

Disappointed with quality and customer service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tory Burch, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I purchased a luxury bag expecting durability, yet the same structural defect has occurred twice—clear evidence of a quality issue rather than normal wear and tear.
Despite explaining this issue, Tory Burch has refused to offer a full refund, only suggesting store credit or a repair at my own expense. A high-end brand should stand by its craftsmanship, yet they are unwilling to take full responsibility for a faulty product.
The customer service team was unhelpful, refusing to acknowledge the problem and offering only a generic response. I expected better from a so-called luxury brand. I will not be shopping with Tory Burch again and advise others to be cautious before purchasing.
Poor quality and poor customer experience
Ordered a bracelet and within days the plating had worn off. Customer services are appalling, so arrogant and unhelpful. Definitely avoid.
Don't accept returns - rude staff
Don't accept returns, bought from regent's street in Londons westend. 3 days later I returned only to be told they don't accept returns on sale items. This is a high street premium brand and they have zero manners and zero customer service. I asked for a credit note they refused. I told them why they didn't tell me about returns at the time of purchase they said they didn't have to. No signs in the store saying anything about the return of items. Pathetic
The worst experience
I placed an order on the Tory Burch website on the 9th of December (order #806376292), but my package was initially not delivered due to an error caused by the brand itself with the export documents (“MISSING, INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE OR ILLEGIBLE EXPORT DOCUMENTS”). The order was then resent, but despite the tracking information showing the package as “in transit” and later marked as “delivered,” I never received anything.
I had to contact the brand myself to investigate the issue, only to be informed that the item I ordered was no longer in stock. Tory Burch failed to proactively address the situation or communicate with me, leaving me to handle everything on my own and with no Christmas present.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and highlights a lack of responsibility, transparency, and attention to detail from the brand. I had to demand an immediate refund, and I am incredibly disappointed by the poor service. I do not recommend Tory Burch and will never shop with them again.

I really thought I would be the only one writing this bad review . It all started when I wanted to wear a nice pair of leggings and I scanned the in the Internet . Never have I bought a pair for £185 but when they arrived they felt amazing on , looked great . It was for my sons 21st birthday party and I don’t do dresses or skirts , these were dressy and really stood out . Everyone commented on them . The following month I purchased 3 more pairs but at a cheaper price as they were in the sale as they were different leggings , still pricey though . These leggings claimed to be sport leggings , can be used for yoga , gym Pilates because of the stretch and the breathable material. As I did Pilates and yoga I thought even better to be able to use the last 3 I bought for those occasion. Within two weeks one pair of leggings started to bobble and that was after doing Pilates and yoga everyday . I obviously wasn’t happy as these leggings were £85 at a discounted price and if it had happened to them it was going to happen to other two I bought claiming they were sport leggings .
I tried to contact Tory Burch by phone but the line was busy so I emailed them with all the details . I got a message back saying they would come back within 48 hours . They didn’t. A week later , I still hadn’t heard anything so I tried calling , this time I got through . I explained the situation , they were very apologetic and said they would refund all 3 . They asked if I wanted a credit or a card return to my account I said to return my money. Time went on , 2 weeks then 4 weeks and still no money . I called them and told them so. They informed me that they had sent me a credit to me via email . Well, I can tell you we had crossed words and I said why would I want a credit after what happened. I was then told she had to get her manager to reverse the credit and put the money on my card and it will be in my account in 14 days . It wasn’t . I called every week for month . I finally got my money beginning of May after 5 Months !!!!
Would I go back there again , NO . Purely because of the refund process . The lack of communication. It’s unbelievable that they think every company does this and it’s normally . Wake up Tory Burch it isn’t .
Damaged bags!
I ordered the Ever-Ready Zip Tote bag for my birthday. It arrived beautifully gift-wrapped but there was a white scratch on it, so I sent it back for an exchange. The replacement bag 1 arrived with no gift wrapping and had a visible dent to the front of the bag. I flagged this to customer care, and they sent me replacement bag 2, which also arrived with a dent at the front of the bag.
I am now returning the replacement bags, and awaiting my final replacement. Frustrating process and first time ordering from Tory Burch UK.
I love the bag but for £330 it should arrive to me in perfect condition with no damage!
Refused a refund, implication I was defrauding them
Compelled to share my experience having seen the review by Amber - and hopefully she sees this.
I ordered two pairs of shoes from Tory Burch earlier this year.
One didn't fit, and the other I didn't like the style. I sent both back via their courier, Evri. At the drop-off point the parcel was weighed, I took a receipt.
Weeks later, I noticed I had only been refunded for one pair. Upon investigation, Tory Burch told me only one pair had arrived at the warehouse. This made no sense - both were in the original box they sent.
They argued it was not possible for tampering to have taken place. They sent photos of a single shoe box... but not the packaging. They claimed parcels were weighed into the warehouse, but wouldn't share that weight vs the weight when I had dropped them off...
They would not refund me. The implication I had stolen the shoes, and was trying to defraud them. They advised I should contact the police if I thought the parcel had been tampered with (!).
The situation was only resolved when I escalated and explained that I would not back down. It is not the customers fault if items go missing in transit, particularly given the evidence I had to show I had retuned the items. It was then decided I could in fact have my refund.
It is extremely suspect that another customer is reporting an identical situation - absolutely chaotic supply chain for any brand, let alone one which claims to be a luxury one.
It is not consumers issue if items go missing in transit - and Tory Burch clearly have someone in their warehouse stealing returns.
Escalate - they haven't got a leg to stand on legally. Astonishing they're continuing to gaslight customers and suggest they're stealing from them, when they must know this is an issue.
Not possible to claim a refund
I live in London. I have returned two pairs of shoes from an order on Tory Burch’s website via their designated courrier service Evri. After I received the email confirmation that the goods have been returned. I’m still waiting for my refund. Their customer service team said they only identified one pair of shoes in the warehouse. I did explained to them two boxes are taped together when I returned them to the parcel shop.
They told me they are still investigating while implying that I lied about the fact I returned two pairs of shoes. And they are taking the “investigation very serious” as if they are going to put me in prison for theft. I’m still waiting for their team to finished their “investigation” and return my £339. But I’m amazed about the brand letting individual customer bear the cost of their supply chain management chaos. Regardless, I will never purchase anything else from this brand ever again. If anyone knows how to claim the money back through a dispute, please advise. Thanks

Horrible material . dont buy it . You will regret ! I bought one black leather jacket and Al my cloths becoming black when I use it . Even my bag . And the shape of jacket also not so proffesional. Look like cheap brands .
Horrible experience! Zero customer service!
You would think that a brand of such rank would provide a high customer service. Nothing like that! The second and last time I make the mistake to purchase from such bad company! I guess I should have read reviews prior ordering. I am now chasing my order for a week with zero success! Shame on you Torry Burch for providing zero service and having the audacity to price your products at such high level!

I had ordered an expensive Tory Burch bag online. Had it delivered but returned it since it didn’t suit. However someone stole the bag and replaced it with cheap plate during transit on the return. Tory Burch customer services are unable to help investigate or issue a refund since it turns out they don’t have any controls in place to track how this could have happened during transit. Moreover there is no insurance to cover these kind of problems. They can’t even get in touch with their delivery vendor of choice (Evri) and as a result, I am now sitting here out of pocket - without a refund and a bag.
How you can be a luxury goods company and have such a major controls issue in delivery is beyond me. I have reported the matter to the police but rest assured will never be ordering from Tory Burch ever again. Avoid at all costs.
