The product arrived in good condition. It was securely protected with tight, brand-specific bubble wrap. The item appears brand new. Although it is still sealed in plastic and unopened, the box is slightly crumpled at the top, which may have occurred during transit. The delivery was fast and arrived ahead of schedule.

The case is solid and nice to hold. It helps fixing magsafe accessories by making the back almost flat which allow a better magnet match.
Product the Ostand Q3 spin. Is great and I had one similar for my previous iPhone 12. My only gripe was the time taken for delivery. Otherwise very happy and they are good cases.

I received a Q3 air case for my birthday. Unfortunately, the ring on the back broke so I contacted customer service. Eden was fantastic and promptly arranged for a replacement to be delivered the very next day. This brilliant customer service is why I’ll always shop with Torras.
