I’m very disappointed with my…

I’m very disappointed with my experience.

I placed an order for two products and paid for both, but I only received one item. The second product was never delivered, and no refund has been issued so far.

I’ve been left without the product I paid for and without any proper resolution. I hope the company looks into this matter urgently and either delivers the missing item or processes a full refund.

Not a good experience at all.

Torras Air is like the Nike of cases

The Torras Air that I use for my S26 Ultra is by far the best case I've used on any of the phones in the past. The build quality is excellent, it looks great and feels fantastic.
The icing on the cake is the magsafe ring at the back which also doubles as a kick stand, that I honestly think every case should submit copy.

Delivery is not yet done and it has been more than 20 plus days. Extremely pissed due to late delivery. Imagine purchasing phone and waiting for 1 month to use back case and tempered glass.

Overall Good Case

Case is on the slimmer side while still providing the shock absorbtion you'd expect from something slightly thicker. The buttons are also retain their light and clicky feel, while being distinct enough to identify them by touch. Honestly the best buttons I've used on a case

Kickstand ring is sturdy and the hinge looks to be heavier duty compared to other brands. Hopefully this allows it to last longer as I've had the hinge resistance "snapping" on a previous Spigen and Ringke case.

I've docked a star as the case doesn't have a grippy texture. In fact it's quite slippery. This is by far its biggest weakness. It also isn't the most comfortable to use with the phone resting on your pinky as the area around the charging port cutout is small and hard.
