Torque Ebikes have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Their service is responsive, helpful, and reliable every step of the way. The pricing is very competitive, especially for high-quality parts like Warp 9s.
Everything arrived quickly and exactly as described, no hassles at all. Hudson is a legend, he even threw in some chocolate treats, which was a really nice touch.

They responded to the emails really fast and were very kind to me. The packaging was superb came with stickers, keychains and skittles along with my mafia seat. Hudson even upgraded my shipping to airfreight which was really nice of him 😁.
(I’m now going to get it in 3 weeks instead of 8)

I loved the speeds of these bikes and really liked that you can get a light bar and dirt bike pegs so when your going higher speeds the pegs dont hit you and seats a very comfortable
