5 out of five stars is plenty of information needed in research for purchase.

It is refreshing and astonishing to see a company do an outstanding job in this day and age. After waiting over a month for an order from another company (without any updates) I cancelled the order with them and ordered the item from Torque. It got the item in the mail the next day and had it installed in my car 15 minutes after I received it! Torque is awesome!

I was told that a product would fit my car when it didn’t. When I called to get more information about it the guy simply said “what do you want me to do we’ll charge you a restocking fee”. So I am left with the part that doesn’t fit and I have to pay for shipping to get it back and then I’m going to pay for restocking charges. I’m giving three stars simply because the part came on time,the packaging was all screwed up when I got it as well.

Recently bought a helmet from Torqued but decided to exchange it for another size so I could give my dad a helmet to race with as well. Jorge was awesome, great communication and treated me like a friend through the whole process. Would definitely recommend then to anyone needing motorsport product.

Just installed it today and it was everything I wanted to hear! Install took just under 3 hours because I went slow. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. I love the product and will definitely use the site to order more performance parts.

So, for the sake of Torqued, I’ll say that their product was exactly as described and arrived in the timeframe expected. That’s excellent!
I will not give any more reviews on Trustpilot.

great site and customer service i was a little iffy at first due to it not being a .com site and the amount of fake sites being around these days but ordered the part and got to me quickly i would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal and fast service

Great customer service, I checked to see if nissan frontier radiator s were available from cfs , you called for me even tho I wasn't a customer yet, I had one ordered from lmn but you still called for me even tho I wasn't your customer yet. Bcz of your service I canceled lmn order and then ordered it from you guys bcz of thier poor service. Thank you

The OBP sim pedals are excellent. Zeros issues with Torqued, my order shipped and arrived fast and was a fair price. I have ordered from Torqued twice now and have had the same experience each time. Will do business with them again.

Please don't use UPS they are terribly irresponsible in the way they handle packages. My box came collapsed in on the top.
