Great service from them
Great service from them. Ordered a part that had never been ordered and wasn’t in stock, so then I found a new product and got in touch with them. They made sure to send the new product that same day and it arrived to me by midday the next day.

No proof of postage
Took payment quickly. Everything after that was poor.
I was told the order had been dispatched, yet no tracking, no proof of postage, and no proper response when I asked for an update.
If this is their idea of customer service, I’d suggest buying elsewhere.

Took my payment, ignored my messages, and still no proof of dispatch
Paid on 24 March. Chased multiple times. Mostly ignored.
On Monday, I was told the item had been restocked and was being shipped that day. Since then: no tracking, no proof of postage, no parcel, and no reply to further messages.
So if you enjoy paying first and playing “guess where my order is” afterwards, this may be the shop for you.
I understand delays happen, but communication should happen too. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this seller again, and I would recommend others shop elsewhere.

sorry the experience fell short. Communication went quiet during a busy spell with shipments arriving from Japan, and the order was dispatched after your cancellation request, which shouldn't have happened.
The chargeback of £56.95 has since been processed and you've been refunded in full.

Cat convertors
After having the cat convertors fail on my 350z torqen supplied me with some 300cell replacements. Struggling to find any in stock in the uk torqen got some shipped from the US with a very quick turn around at a very reasonable price and good updates throughout!

I had a great experience with NRG UK. Communication was clear and honest regarding stock and lead times, which I really appreciated.
When my order was shipped, it arrived very quickly, and everything was perfectly packed. A special thank you for the air freshener - a small touch, but it genuinely made the experience even better.

The best place to get nice high quality Nissan Parts , I have a 350z HR and is a pain to find parts short notice especially in Ireland , but these guys always got everything I need all the time . Delivery always quick and efficient, and their customer support one of the best I have ever dealt with .
