It works absolutely fabulous in the states but not so well in Moscow Russia. So I had to find another vpn that would work here! Great Service but would not work here in Russia. Anyone on the fence about TorGuard don’t be it’s a really good service!!

Dealing with simple jack customer service
I'm stuck with these guys for 3 years, biggest mistake of my life. If you're looking for below par customer service, staff that is illiterate and uses AI to skim through your open tickets. You picked the right place. There are far better VPN providers out there. I'd stay away from this one. Don't fall for their cheap prices like I did, they are cheap for a reason.

Reliable and fast
The 50% coupon makes this one of the more affordable VPNs and for the speed and reliability its a great deal. I block all connections outside of VPN and never have dropped connections

fast ticket answer
I have a dedicated IP that I use to connect to Italy when I'm away and suddenly it wasn't working anymore... I opened a ticket and got a reply in a few hours... and the server started working again in two days
