In the past few years, it seems like many companies have stripped customer service back to where even simple communication is treated as luxury. Not at Torchstar.

Torchstar’s customer service (particularly Ruby!) was top notch. They engaged with great communication and showed genuine care in wanting to resolve my question - which they did - and then some! Their process for purchasing the replacement part I needed was super smooth and simple. If I ever need lighting again, Torchstar will be my first stop from now on!

Excellent lighting for a ceiling. It has multiple lighting settings from 2,000 Lums to 5,000 Lums and they have color changing abilities. I do recommend this lights.

Ruby within Torchstar customer service has been a wonderful support personnel. Through the entire process of identifying my needed product and replacement product the responses have been immediate and friendly. I highly recommend their product and customer support when needed.

Had what i wanted. Placed the order. Said 17 days, but received in 3. Safely packed. Works perfectly. As advertised. Satisfaction and accord.

Now i'll be really happy if this one last longer than the exact same one I'm replaceing that went out after one year.

Products were delivered to my back patio and left in the elements. I have a covered front porch and deep eves around the house but the driver chose to leave the products in the elements.

It rained hard and the products were soaked. Some minor rust as well. But given these are electric led electronic lights, I’m concerned the will kit work/last. Requesting return / refund.

The customer service was great. We ended up having to replace all 6 as ours were NLA. The pricing was excellent as well. Very pleased and so is my boss. :) Jackie Clark

I've been using this companies safe lightning products for several years. They are high quality long life products. I totally recommend them regularly. The only thing I wish they would offer is a pkg that has splitter parts and longer extensions rather than individual buy as add ons. Even so do yourself a favor and get ya some.

We worked so hard to find the correct lights for our daughter's new condo. Finally, we were able to speak to an actual human! Ruby helped us get the correct lights, so we ended up buying 8 more sets for the future, just in case one of her lights goes out.

Received order in very timely fashion without any questions.

Never got the light after waiting and waiting and waiting for it. I finally got an email stating that my order was cancelled due to not enough stock to fulfill my order. And I only ordered 1 light. Do not recommend this vendor.

Very good light, we are happy with the product and service

Just wanted to share my experience because I spent way too long researching bathroom lighting and this might help someone else going through the same thing.

So our main bathroom has had these builder grade fixtures since we moved in 5 years ago. You know the type, those generic chrome bar lights that make everyone look slightly ill? I kept putting off replacing them because, for what it's worth, bathroom lighting felt intimidating. Electrical work, moisture concerns, all that. But I stumbled across Outlight while looking for something else entirely and the Wave sconce caught my eye. That thin curved shape just looked so clean.

Ordering was easy, nothing fancy to report there. When it arrived the packaging was really solid, lots of cardboard inserts keeping everything secure. The matte black finish in person is gorgeous, like a soft almost velvety texture to it? Hard to describe but it doesnt look cheap at all.

We had our electrician install it last weekend on either side of our vanity mirror. The warm white light is so flattering compared to our old setup. My husband even commented that the bathroom feels like a different room now which is saying something because he notices approximately nothing about home decor 😂

One small thing, the installation instructions could be a little more detailed for someone whos not super handy. Our electrician figured it out fine but I could see it being confusing.

About a week in and I keep finding excuses to go in there. Hope this helps someone!

I received answers to my questions in a very timely and courteous manner.

I purchased a 6 pack of 4 foot led shop lights 2 years ago. The lights are advertised with a 5 year warranty. Within the first few months the 3 lights failed. The company replaced the lights and did not require the failed lights to be returned. Now one of the lights has failed completely and 2 others blink intermittently, I contacted the company and was told they would replace the lights but I would need to return the failed lights. The cost to return the lights is more than the cost of purchasing new ones essentially making the warranty useless. Be aware of this company's warranty. These lights have issues look for better quality
