What a let down terrible service feel…

What a let down terrible service feel really let down on my trip to london booked it think we were being organised and was going to sightsee on them to only using the river cruise not even using one bus so at a big money loss ended up using the tube which luckily worked but we wanted to see the city. NEVER AGAIN and the after care service not even a reply never mind a refund 😡

Terrible experience today

Terrible experience today, sold tickets while my husband was in his electric wheelchair, went on two buses the second one the blue route stopped at marble arch and was told the driver had finished for the day so everyone get off!!! All stood there waiting for the next red route, the driver then refused my husband saying no electric wheelchairs, explained been on all day and sold by a rep etc driver kept interrupting and saying you have heard it from me pr manager on radio, other customers were furious along with us. Left us here at marble arch with no idea where we were or how to get back. Much better other companies PLEASE AVOID GO WITH ANOTHER.

Shocking customer service

I emailed several times to change the date of my ticket as per their policy. No reply to 6 emails sent. They did not reply at all so I was unable to change the date.

No phone number to make contact with them and once’s quoted online do not work. One email provided on trustpilot by the company does not even exist.

App was useless and QR codes did not work and no map of route or where to pick up the bus. It was a very stressful process using this company and made us tense prior to our holiday in London.

Once on the bus, we had a great day sightseeing and the river cruise was good, and was easy to find where to go for this. The headphones highlighted points of interest for us to take notice of.
Did see several of the red route buses whilst we went around but did not see a blue route bus at all during the two days that we were there.

Avoid and pay a bit more (£11) to use a more professional and reputable company.

Wish I checked the reviews

Wish I checked the reviews. Waiting for an eternity for the busses to arrive, while other ones pop up every 5 minutes. Driver changes that take 10 minutes!!!!??? And still not even cheap, 25 quid. Can’t believe they haven’t gone bankrupt with this terrible terrible service.

When buying the tickets they tell you…

When buying the tickets they tell you it’s 24hours which gives you the impression the service runs at least all day. Oh no…..the last bus is at 4.30. There was 4 of us, we paid £25 each. We got on the bus around 2.30 at Tower Bridge, stopped of at china town and that was it, no more buses. We paid £100 do a 30 min journey with no live guide, only ear phones that mostly play music. Absolute major rip off!!!!! Discussing waste of money. Don’t do it!!!!

Waited over an hour for pick up

Waited over an hour for pick up. Sat upstairs for an open air experience and ended up soaking wet due to a ripped seat.
The tour misses many places of interest
Bus driver spent too much time at stops tato colleagues/friends
Would recommend big bus or original bus

You can wait a super long time !

I visited London at the beginning of March with my family and kids, choosing the bus option to make the most of our time between different sights. We started early in the morning and arrived at our first stop. Some employees from other companies informed us that the bus stop had been temporarily relocated due to road work, so we moved to the indicated spot. We waited an hour in the cold but no Topview Bus showed up; meanwhile, five buses from other companies made stops there. We had to take the metro to reach another bus stop. We found out that all companies changed their routes except for Topview Bus, yet nobody was present to notify passengers about the new bus stop location.
In the evening, we waited 45 minutes to catch the bus after our sightseeing visit in the centre, again with no explanation. By the end of the day, we lost almost two hours waiting in the cold.
Thanks, Topview Bus.
Avoid using this company.

Really disappointed with our experience…

Really disappointed with our experience on the TopView Hop-On Hop-Off Bus.

The buses were advertised as running every 15 minutes, but in reality we were waiting around 40 minutes between buses. There was very little communication or explanation about the delays, which left us stood at stops unsure of what was happening.

We paid £32 for a 2-day ticket, but because of the long waits and poor service, we barely got to use it — which felt like a complete waste of money.

Overall, it was not as advertised and very frustrating. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience.

Awful experience - DO NOT USE

Awful experience. Purchased a 24 hour hop on hop off bus around London which also included a Thames river cruise. FAQ's stated the 24 hours would start when we scanned the QR on the first bus which we did at 15.30 on 20 February. The bus itself was fine and we did a full loop around the main London sites. The problem started the following day when we tried to use the bus again and go on the Thames cruise. Unfortunately for some reason the tickets expired at 3.00 am that morning meaning we only actually had them for 12 hours so we could not use them, which really spoilt our weekend as we didnt want to pay again when the tickets we purchased should have been valid. We tried to contact the company by phone (no reply) and we used their contact us form and emailed them directly. We have received no reply. Please use one of the other many bus companies which are much more professional and take note of the bad reviews, I wish we had.

Ticket sellers are blatant scammers

Ticket sellers are blatant scammers - I was told the bus would return to starting point (Trafalgar square in 2 hours) it was 3 hours so I missed my train - basically 3 hours driving in a small circle going past Big Ben & Tower of London again & again about 5 or 6 times - spent ages at bus stops & the commentary was out of kilter so it was pointing out things that you’d already passed - most exciting part was when the driver hit a road sign - absolutely avoid

Really poor information on their app…

Really poor information on their app regarding location of bus stops. Found the one near Kings Cross to be told that we had just missed the bus and the next one wouldn’t be for an hour. We were short on time and had no choice but to get the underground to Piccadilly to try and get on the other route. Again, we experienced difficulty using their map to find the stop and when we did find it we had to wait 30 mins on a bus. The tour itself was fine. While waiting at the bus stop we saw lots of ‘Big Bus’, ‘City Sightseeing’ and ‘Toot’ buses go by.

No service provided

We booked 48h tickets for London, however none of the sights was available for reservation and the sights on the bus was not accessible due to the London parade.
You should have warned us as foreigners that the majority of sights were inaccessible due to the parade and we were completely unable to use it during our visit and would like a complete refund.

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!
They cut the service telling us the streets will be closed but that wasn’t true, the rest of the companies were still passing by. They didn’t tell us the service will be short when we bought the tickets! Total scam!
Waiting for the bus it’s longer that any other. Only music in the bus. The app it’s useless no updates, totally bad.

Dont use Topview

Dont use Topview!

1. We waited for more than hour for the bus even though they promised a bus every 15 minutes.

2. The ride home was cut short. The bus driver left all passengers at an early stop, and told us to find out on way. No explanation given.

3. The app (that they force you to download) clearly states that the Thames ride is included. This is only true for some tickets.

While waiting we saw many other companies passing by with many busses. Use one of the others instead. TopView is expensive with no service!

DO NOT BOOK LONDON BUS TOUR

The worst possible experience. The train didn't even show up after paying vast amount of money. We were waiting for the bus for so long in the freezing cold with no confirmation if the bus was cancelled or not. Customer service is useless aswell- called up multiple times and each time they say the same thing. Waiting for my refund, hopefully it comes through

In the ticket they told there is departure from York road at 7 pm
When we call at 7:20 they told us to go haymarket at 7:30 , we will not reach there at the last moment, we wasted 35 pounds * 11.
Complete frauds.
They told no refund

They are cheats,

Never ever take this tour operator

Never ever take this tour operator. You have to change buses 3 times for no reason of a load of lies. You have other companies passing by 3 times before you see a bus of them. They promised a bus q 20 min, and after 90 min they told me to take the tube....

I want my refund and am not going away!

I hope the lady who was wearing the grinch jumper with green hair who told me she works in customer service for top view on my failed North Pole express tour on 29th November reads this and can help me as unfortunately her telling me to contact customer services after the event to seek a refund has been wholly unsuccessful as I am being repeatedly ignored! I await contact and an appropriate resolution which can only be a full refund due to my terrible experience and even worse customer service! Sadly a company to avoid who will rip you off then ignore you it seems
