Failed delivery, no communication, and still waiting on refund purchased a tower from Toptower for…
I purchased a tower from Toptower for the bank holiday weekend and was careful to check delivery timing in advance. Using their online chat and a follow up phone call, I was assured that ordering when I did would guarantee delivery by Friday.
However, no communication was received on the day no text or update from the courier. I waited in as expected, and after chasing at 3:30pm (with no call back), I called again at 4:30pm only to be told the item was still at the couriers depot.
As a result, I had to hire a tower elsewhere for the weekend. I emailed to cancel the order but received no response. Despite this, the tower was delivered on Tuesday whilst I was at work and was refused. I emailed again and still have had no reply, no confirmation of cancellation, and no confirmation of a refund.
The ordering process initially seemed helpful, but the lack of delivery reliability and complete absence of follow up or customer service has been very disappointing.
