Delayed ride, False agent and not the car that we paid for

When we arrived at the meeting point the agent told us to wait some minutes. After about 5 minutes he told us that he did not have the driver because our flight was early - that was false, our flight was actually delayed for 6 minutes! When reserving the transfer, I wrote that we have only cabin bags. After waiting for some more 15 minutes we got the driver, but the car was a van - not an executive sedan that I had reserved!!! Take a Uber or taxi instead and You don´t have to wait and save money!

Good all round

We booked a taxi service from our apartment in Lisbon to the airport via booking.com. Our very smart-looking driver, Rui Justo, was outside waiting for us at the agreed time. The vehicle was immaculate and Rui very polite, a good driver, and delivered us safely and in plenty of time for out flight home.

Excellent

Excellent! So smooth. All we did was grab our luggage and as soon as we walked out of the baggage area, the driver was waiting for us. He helped with our luggage and took us to our apartment in a very clean, comfortable air conditioned van. Flawless and so well organized.
