A scam company. I received an email from a good company that I had just done business asking me to sign up to their legitimate reward card. It went to a YouTube video but something happened - and I ended up signing up to a scam rewards company thinking it was the correct thing. It wasn't.
2 minutes later I received an email from a firm called Toptap (who I have never heard of)saying I would have a 3 day trial on their site and then I would be charged £40.56
Be very vigilant. Toptap are scammers.

Scam scam scam. Tried to download Morrisons app and got a link, downloaded and entered card details.. then saw who it was linked to. Cancelled card and today they tried to make a charge…

FRAUD

Received an email saying that i'd signed up to a free trial and that my card would be charged in 1 week. I never signed up to this so not sure how they got my details. I emailed to ask how they had my details and when and they never responded. I believe it was whilst I signed up to pdf filler they got hold of my details somehow.

Scammers full stop. Credit card company should be more vigilant

Do not subscribe to this company they will ripe you off take your and will not refund bad bad company

I was attempting to pay at a parking meter. It was unable to take cash and so I followed instructions to download Ringo App on my phone. As expected I entered my credit card details. The next thing I know, I am on a totally different website. I paid £1.00 and this was immediately returned to my card account. I later received an email confirming that I was on a 1 week free trial and would pay £29.99 monthly thereafter. I had a bit of trouble getting through to cancel my subscription by email, but eventually received confirmation that it was cancelled. I also cancelled my credit card. Strange and suspicious.

I was unaware that I had signed up for this but noticed a charge on my bank account of £34.34
My bank was most helpful and have changed my card. I would advise others to avoid this site STP*V*toptap.co

Didn't know I had even. They are from Cyprus.

Its a con. Bank contacted.

Another one scammed by this company. Money taken out of bank account without permission.

Scammers - rate is now 39.99 euros. Not sure how they got bank details. They pretend you have subscribed, when you haven’t.

SG*Toptap still taking money out of people account without their consent, I allegedly subscribed in october 2023 for £0, and I've just noticed their standard charge of £29.99 was taken 2 days ago, reported it as fraud, card cancelled, hope to get the money back, but glad i noticed when i did, beware TOPTAP is a scam!

Scam. I think they might have gotten my card information by hacking/copying the website for paying at a carpark in Germany but can not be sure.
I have never agreed to any contract or used any service with this company (who are they anyway? seem to have many names, including "originalplus.co"...)
Initially got 50 cent off my account and refunded immediately, then after many unsuccessful attempts to get 29.99 Euro they finally managed it. Card has been blocked, fraud claim is made but this is preposterous and so much hassle.

This company stole 29.99 euro from my account. Obviously they are doing that all the time. Nobody is stopping them

Total scam, stole 29.99 from my husband's account over 4 months. Stupid woman in the bank told him to unsubscribe. You can't unsubscribe from something you never subscribed to in the first place. This is criminal. Soulless scammers!!!!

SCAM
This company 'toptap' just took 29.99 twice from my bank account. I've never heard of them, used their site or signed up to anything from them so have no idea how they got my details. I had to contact my bank and report fraud and cancel my card.

Total scam.. While onto my Bank they asked had I signed up to Top Tap as it appeared there was a debit of €30 due to be deducted. I told them I had never heard of them let alone sign up for ANYTHING.
Luckily bank blocked my card.. I now have to with 3/5 days for a new one. At least they didn't get any money.

Total scam. They took €29.99 from my bank account withoit me signong up and a recurring charge. I goy on to my bank and got a block put on. Disgraceful that they can do this
