Yunus was a quick study and learned our M2M software quickly. He is an expert RPA coder. Although my first experience with RPA and Yunus, I felt that we spent a lot more time / money on implementing than expected. I would have expected that the account manager would have noticed our billing and suggested a more economical billing plan.

My experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The designer is incredibly talented, attentive, and truly understands how to bring a vision to life with precision and creativity. Their professionalism and eye for detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

The organization behind them is just as impressive — responsive, well‑structured, and clearly committed to delivering high‑quality work. Together, they create a seamless experience that feels both personal and highly professional.

This company is actively going against any negative review and intransparent. As a service provider from Europe it is impossible to work professionally on Toptal, because on the one hand the hourly rates are all dumped and quite low, much quality and experience are not desired, then there is no security that the client just books you and does not switch over to a cheaper provider when you are going to start to your loss. Maybe capitalism, but not everything is, comparable qualitatively and I must feed a family. Every doctor has a no show fee normally and service providers termination periods for contracts. So bad quality comes to worst of capitalism and pure ignorance!!

Time difference was a bit challenging and gave me the impression sometimes that he wasn't putting the required hours per day.

So far, my experience with Toptal has been great. The talent is a very good engineer, and he was able to finish the project much faster than the timeline I was expecting.

Alexandra was amazing. She accommodated a rough start with vendor team and kept me up to speed. Once development started she operated without oversight and solved the problem with professionalism and class.

I was matched with an excellent developer who quickly understood the code base and improved upon my application in the time frame allotted for the contract. Toptal allowed me to make progress over a holiday break that would have otherwise been stalled.

I have had a great experience so far. I've spent a career as a business lawyer, often in the startup space. Now I'm building a startup myself and need expertise in various areas like marketing and financial models. At TopTal I can hire fractional experts in any area. It's like a buffet for entrepreneurs. Makes starting a top-quality business so much easier.

I joined this platform after completing a demanding screening process and have spent considerable time building my profile and applying for projects that closely matched my skills. Despite applying quickly and seeing applications marked as “under review,” I was repeatedly informed after a short period that I would not be selected, without meaningful feedback.

Recently, I was contacted regarding a project that matched my experience, and after an initial call I was told I would receive an update the same day. However, even after more than a week and multiple follow-ups, I did not receive a clear response. This made it difficult to plan around other opportunities.

Overall, the platform requires a significant time investment, and in my experience the lack of transparency, feedback, and timely communication made it frustrating to use. While it may work for some, it has not worked well for me.
