topstep new payment method(aeropay) is by far the best in the industry , even on my live personal account(tradvote) when i submit a payment it hit my bank later 6pm ,, but topstep it took 1s to show up on bank that is insane.

System Glitches can liquidate wrongly
I had an XFA (Topstep funded Account) and it was liquidated due to the liquidation engine glitch. I contacted support and they gave me 1 reset for the Trading Combine instead of a XFA account. I have 2 concerns, one is their topstepx platform has glitches which can ruin you months of hardwork. Second once something wrong happens and admitted by their support that it was their system mistake, they will not compensate you enough. Not gonna trade on topstep again.

ADMISSION OF GUILT: Topstep refunded my 6th account but keeps the rest. Selective Scam!
TRADERS BEWARE: Topstep is using a double standard to keep your money. I purchased 6 accounts using a card not in my name. They accepted the payments and said nothing while I lost the first 5 accounts. Only on the 6th account did they flag a "policy violation" and gave me an ultimatum: "Change the CARD within 5 days or the account will be closed."
By refunding the 6th account because of the card, Topstep has FORMALLY ADMITTED that the payment method was invalid under their terms. Legally, this makes the entire relationship "Void ab initio" (void from the beginning). They cannot claim a card is invalid for a refund when the account is active, but "valid enough" to keep the money once the account is lost.
If the card was unacceptable for transaction #6, it was unacceptable for transactions #1-5. They are legally and ethically obligated to refund ALL 6 transactions regardless of the trading outcome. Support (Alfred) is hiding behind copy-paste scripts and ignored my 90-minute deadline. I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB and CFTC. Refund everything now!
UPDATE: Since Topstep has failed to resolve this through standard support and continues to hold $423.19 for services not rendered, I have officially escalated this matter. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB of Chicago and submitted a fraud report to the FTC. I have clear evidence where support acknowledged the error but only issued a partial refund. If a full refund is not processed immediately, I will authorize my bank to initiate a chargeback for all 5 transactions, which will flag your merchant account for fraudulent activity. I will not stop until the full amount is recovered.

Topstep is legit they do pay but could use some improvement
Topstep is legit, they do pay if you follow their rules. I am not a fan of their one live account only. Meanwhile other firm you can have up to 5 live accounts instead of 1 (not express funded). Wish their support would be quicker and faster in responding. They did get bad rating over time due to their platform having constant issues and they have fixed that since bunch of people complaint and left. Wish they also intergrate tradovate and tradingview. Would be nice to see.
