Absolutely superb service from ordering to delivery. Even my mistake on the order was resolved without fuss. Joe Walker, the gentleman who delivered the topsoil is a very engaging and accommodating person. Having checked the product, I can't fault it at all, which is a pleasure to experience these days. Thanks go to Joe (fellow astronomer/star gazer) and the team for a first class experience.

Easy to order, easy to amend original order with no extra delivery charge. Lovely people to deal with. Delivery took a few days as it says when you order so no issues there. Delivery guy was very helpful placing bulk bags in two different areas to help us redistribute. Mushroom compost and regular compost, well screened and MOT perfect for what we needed it for. Highly recommend this company!

Cracking company, responded quickly to my request fro an early drop, and more importantly thoughtfully worked out where to place my drop so that it didn't block the function of my drive. Which is not a normal thing unless I am there to supervise.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. To be able to speak to an actual human on the phone throughout is great. Ordered top soil on Tuesday and Joe called on Thursday morning to say they could deliver that day. Access to our garden isn’t the most straight forward but there wasn’t a moment of hesitation and the bags were dropped over our fence and left exactly where we needed them. Will absolutely use again.

The big differentiator is that if you need to call to arrange delivery details you actually speak to the delivery person - brilliant! Takes all the stress away and the actual delivery experience was great .

They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to emails. When you place an order, you do get confirmation and later get a delivery date for 7 days later; which I felt was rather slow.
I ordered the Sports Pitch Mix Top Soil for top dressing my lawns after reseeding.
Deliver was good. The driver was polite and put the bags where requested.
When using the product, there were a few stone/pebbles in the mix and these were rather large; over an inch dia., to say it was supposed to have been screened at 3mm.
The product is dead and has no life in it. None of the grass seed germinated depite using a Fertiser with it.
I know it was not the grass seed at fault because seed from the same bag had been used earlier with a different supplier for topsoil and that hag germinated really well. Unable to finish the rear lawn because we ran out of topsoil, I ordered more from topsoil4u co.uk because the product from the previous company; whose name is very similar, was full of stone and we had to spend another day screening it all. Hence this companies product is useless and means that the day spent seeding and top-dressing was wasted; along with the £226 paid for the soil and the wasted seed and fertiliser. Again I thought their prices were expensive and was prepared to pay that extra thinking I was getting a better product, but was wrong. Don't waste your time or money dealing with this Company.

Spot on. Good price. Patient delivery. Lifted the hardcore over the garden fence so we could get it exactly where needed

Excellent all around. Had to navigate through some obstacles to get it over our back fence, but did it with ease. Very friendly and very efficient. Would use again.

A great service, The soil and compost we have had delivered were first class and as described. We also got a great help to choose the best product for our project. Bags were delivered promptly and the price was right for the quality. Friendly service all round.

Would highly recommend, just had my first delivery from them! Had ordered a 1 bag instead of 2, no problem to leave an extra bag (off course after payment) and he would collect another bag for the next customer closer to the depot. Definitely go above and beyond good customer service. We have a lot of gardenwork to go still, but will definitely be using them again in the near future. Thank you x
