Helpful report

They resolved my issue to my satisfaction and BOB was very helpful in refunding my original subscription fee. I would recommend them to anyone but my circumstances was influential in my decision.

False advertising resolved

It started with false advertising from an advertisement for a phone to buy but the agent explained what it was for and how to use the credit and offered assistance with this so that I can get some value out of the nightmare experience.

my request for my refund it took so…

my request for my refund it took so long. till now theres no refund, i dont receive anything, im so dissappoint, before i receive my refund i need to this for you to finalize my refund? this is crazy,and beside i didnt join here, and then theres amount in my go time bank account was deducted by your site.. this is crazy how long i will wait for me to receive my refund. tsk ! it took almost month now til now theres no refund.
