They are a little stale. I think it is the time it takes to get here. Kind of thick too. Hard to bite in to with dentures. They are delicious anyhow. I hate giving negative remarks but hopefully they are constructive. I would never be able to cook with the various ingredients you have used. Very creative.

My family celebrates that day in every month when we get our cookie of the month! It's like Christmas 12 tines a year! It has also been the most well-received gift of all time. The staff is all very knowledgeable about all the products, friendly and quickly responded to any question that has popped up.

Arrived on time, packaged nicely, and the gift note was hand written. And the cookies are delicious. Loved it!

This place is seriously AMAZING! Some of the best cookies I’ve had. I ordered cookie of the month for my partner (whose favorite food is cookies) and it was the only service that was affordable, they have lots of options, and the cookies are DELICIOUS! Without them my dream of getting a cookie subscription would have been completely out the window. We love the variety, the flavor, and there are enough for us both to enjoy them.

My favorite part is that there are no weird artificial ingredients or preservatives. Part of a delicious cookie is good ingredients and Top Shelf really is just that. No corn syrup or unpronounceables.

I had a question about allergies and the owner emailed back right away and was very accommodating. I’ve already recommended them to friends!

My boyfriend just loves the cookies so much. It actually became a fun thing that he shared with the UPS guy who was dropping them off.
The first time the UPS guy said what is this and my BF opened up the package and shared with the worker. From then on the UPS worker got a cookie whenever he dropped them off.

Our family Loves Top Shelf Cookies! We go almost every week for cookies, frappes, cookie sandwiches, and the entire team is friendly and great. I had cookies shipped the other day and they arrived within 2 days and the people who received them also loved them. A wonderful local addition to the neighborhood.

I bought my Granny (originally from from the South Shore) a monthly subscription to her place down in Florida and she not only loves them, but we celebrated that a woman owned Boston business is making delicious cookies that she “didn’t have to bake” lol.

Tasty and very fast delivery... The ginger cookies are sooo good.

Outside of the cookies being top-notch, the customer service and the staff at Top Shelf are superb! Would highly recommend!
