I highly recommend this company. I wanted a bespoke floating shelf that I could paint the same colour as my wall. Not only was the web site simple to use to key in my exact dimensions the product was delivered fantastically well packaged and on time. Very high quality and reasonably priced too. I won’t go anywhere else for my shelving requirements for future projects.

After an absolute nightmare dealing with cutmy.co.uk, I called Topshelf late on a Friday afternoon. They managed to manufacture and deliver 7 amazing quality shelves by the following Thursday, and for half the price of cutmy.co.uk. Andy kept me up to date throughout the process and also followed up after delivery. This is how to run a business. A five star rating doesn't do them justice! Thank you for rescuing me from the misery of the other company.

Ordered 8 alcove shelves and 4 or 5 radiator top shelves, in veneer to save a little. All very high quality and perfect finish. Very well packaged, and on time. They are heavy as they are solid, so brackets are quite large. Called to check measurements with me as I needed different front and back of shelf lengths due to old walls!

I placed my order online, and they called me within 5 mins to discuss, the made my shelf and sent it out very quickly. It is a very well made shelf. Brilliant service and product. I will be contacting them shortly to discuss the glass shelves I want to order

Long story short: ordered 1 simple shelf, it arrived bowed, I wrote an email to topshelf with photo (28th of Oct), however, they never replied back.

Great company. Had a bespoke shelf built. Then I attempted to put it up and fully through my own incompetence I messed up the installation and sheared the bolts.

I called them and asked if I could pay for some replacement bolts and they shipped them for free and were delivered a couple of days later.

Great customer service (instant responses) and very kind to send replacements free of charge.

Excellent. Really well made product, cut perfectly, and super helpful in sorting out any issues! Also, really attentive to details and proactively called to check the measurements when they didn’t seem right.

I needed a long floating oak shelf on the Isle of Man. I tried numerous vendors who refused to deliver and were unhelpful. Topshelf replied immediately and could not have been better. They checked the finish I wanted and delivered on time

I needed to attach floating shelves to an interior wall and so I needed them with non-standard spacings between the wall fixing. Topshelf responded within 24 hours to my emails about this, and then manufactured the shelves with the spacing correct to within a millimetre.

The shelves are now installed and look fabulous. I wholehearted recommend both the product and the customer service.

Ordered two large floating shelves. Was given a delivery date and explained I needed them sooner if possible (11 days sooner!).

The shelves arrived perfectly as ordered at 8am on the promised day. Packaged extremely well to avoid damage and with all the parts necessary for wall mounting.
