People, please be very careful if you’re thinking of buying a car from Top Right Cars Sunderland.
I bought a Mercedes from this garage with only 29,000 miles on the clock. Unfortunately, just two weeks after buying it, I started having faults with the car. Some of these issues took nearly a year to get resolved, during which time I was left without the car for days and days.
I also discovered that both front tyres had rips on the inside, there were wheel nuts missing, and the brake discs were warped.
What made the whole experience even more frustrating was trying to contact the garage. On numerous occasions when I rang regarding the problems, I couldn't get an answer.
Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience and has caused me a lot of inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this garage and would advise anyone considering buying a car from them to do their checks carefully and be very cautious.
