Contacted customer service (Serge) to simply close my account. He kept sending me to review pages after every request and then deleted our conversation. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and the site is a dumpster fire on top of that. Errors, not logged in, what a rookie setup. Stay away from this amateur garbage. Had no intent on leaving a review but Serge set me off. F this place and I'll make sure everyone knows it! Cheers 🍻

Don't touch this site!
It is now nearly a week since I made my withdrawal request. Each time I provided information within 1 hour of the request. If you use their online 'chat' it will take up to 4 hours to connect with someone (even start chatting after 2 hours of waiting, only to get disconnected and go to the back of the queue).
Each time they confirm they have the information and I should 'watch my inbox' to confirm the transfer has been completed. Still waiting!
They have locked my account, so I can't even collect any bonus or continue to play.
Terrible site.... don't waste your time!!

Any of these places that pend your withdrawal for 48 hours need to be investigated and shutdown in Ontario.

They do this to purposefully bait you to reverse the withdrawal and continue to gamble till you lose it again. But they'll claim they need the 48 hours to manually verify the withdrawal.....sure sure manually verify the withdrawal but accept your deposit without any issues. If the withdrawal is going back to the account that deposited it, ITS VERIFIED and should be immediately sent back to the user.

This is NOT responsible gaming at all.

Do not sign up here. Do not gamble here. There are better sites who have more instantaneous withdrawals.

And the site has a terrible interface and organization. Navigating it is torture for the eyes and mind. Should have spent more money on the site design than the advertising campaign with that beaver.
