Scammers that are trying to suck money from their clients.

My company is called 512 Remodeling Construction and Design and I used Top Page Rankers thinking their services would be note worthy but it's not. I have been trying to get a $500 refund on a website that was never produced or published and was was given to me as a prototype was the worse thing ever. Jason Brown sent me a production link to review the website and as soon as I saw this so called website, I requested them to copy my current website because what they produced was garbage. So here we are 4 almost 5 months later and I still don't have the $500 refund. I worked with Jason Brown who kept pleading with me to not take my services else where. Almost every time I ask about my refund he tells me it has to be submitted, approved and then I will get my refund but later the truth came out that he has never submitted my request. Then I had a call with Jason and someone named Isaac (Isaactoppagerankers.com) that was going to take over my account and I still have never heard from this guy. After telling Jason that I was going to dispute the charges and seeing his response I went to the website and found the CEO Brian Parker (briantoppagerankers.com).

If you want to dispute the payment you can, because I know you will make that money stuck within the banking court because a lot of work has been done and I don't want you and Top Page Rankers to get into this as I was managing everything for your company. Let me send you the proof that the refund request has been sent and all I'm waiting for is those 14 days to end, so you get the money back. Thankyou"

After I sent an email to Mr. Parker on March 23rd, I never received a response. I still do not have my refund and no one is responding to my email and what sucks is that I am being extremally nice in my communications.

Good afternoon. I apologize for having to send you this email however, I feel that it is the right thing to do. I am a current customer, but I am miserably unhappy with the service that I have been provided by your company. I've addressed a multitude of issues that have not gotten solved and it is overwhelmingly concerning to me. My account manager is name Jason Brown and I've been asking for a refund on a website that he showed me and I let him know I was not happy with it. This issue has been going on for several months now. You can simply go through all the email threads to get a comprehensive view of some of the issues that I've been having. I have only received about 5% of the services that was offered to me and that has been the worse. Please take it from me do not....do not....do not use the services of this company. It is a complete waste of money, time, and effort.

This is not a good agency, actually based overseas. They use staff in Pakistan, because some of my listings they created have location Pakistan on them. These listings were also cookie cutter descriptions and did not represent my company well. When I tried to get help from my account manager Jason he just whined at me for asking, did nothing, and then stopped communicating. Someone from their company somehow got access to my personal email and has been using it to respond to people's queries about my business. I've tried to contact someone, anyone at this company for months to get this access to my personal email removed. They just have voicemail and no one has ever returned my calls. It's a real nightmare. Google also banned my Adwords because of suspicious activity because the way this company set up my Google Business flagged my account. Killed my Adwords marketing.

Dave Smith is well inform of the product that he is serving to his customers and is their always if you have a problem and question in a fast manner. Service seems to be improving a lot and can't wait to see how this partnership goes in the future.

I been working with them for about 5 months and they are fantastic!! They do what they tell you they will do. Joseph has been amazing very patient with me being very slow at getting him what he needs to get the job done. Its amazing at how fast they got me in the top ranking of google.. I cannot say enough good things about the company and Joseph. Wonderful!!

I regret to inform you that I recently encountered a negative experience with Top Page Rankers. Over the past eight days, I have been receiving an excessive number of calls from the company, with an average of four calls per day. Despite multiple requests to be placed on their do not call list and asking to speak with a supervisor, my efforts have been in vain as the calls persist.

The purpose of the calls was to offer me top-ranking placement for my business on Yelp and Google. The sales representatives were extremely pushy and unwilling to accept my decline of their offer. Unfortunately, the situation escalated to unprofessional yelling.

Not only were these calls disruptive and time-consuming, but they also took a toll on my marketing budget as I am charged for every call received through my Yelp marketing.

I sincerely recommend that others avoid doing business with this company and their unethical sales tactics. If you are also receiving calls from them, I suggest blocking their number and reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or your state's attorney general's office.

Seth has been great! He always answers quickly & gets things done. He is patient and explains everything. Definitely reccommend

Total scam that Google acknowledges them as a business and benefits financially from them and first page rankers has benefited from Google.com and has destroyed my business for 4 months minimum so far. I have financial proof!!! Google, makes money off of them as a business to destroy small commercial business owners that are legally operating and advertising off of them to make money. They make more money off of Top Page Rankers advertising budget then the new start up companies who pay them more monthly than they can afford and make even more from scams and put us out of business for months. I wish I had or could afford legal advice with this! It’s so wrong.

This company calls repeatedly after asking them to put me on their do not call list. It’s a scam!!

This company is a total scam they stole money and pirated our Google account primary control don’t not take the bate!!

Hate to say it but I got suckered into hiring them for my websites. Very bad decision on my part. I could write pages on the problems - but I won’t waste you time. All I can say if you value your time and $$, don’t use them.

Worst company I've ever delt with. Definitely a scam.

They have a good scam going. Promise people so many clicks/calls per month within 25 days. Then blame you for something that held it up so since you don't want to waste the money you do it a 2nd month. By that time they quit calling you and don't respond on the 1st email or call. Then set you up a "free" website for the trouble. That would have been nice but there were so many mistakes and when I show them what needs to be done they say they forward to their digital team. Once they see you aren't going to keep giving them $250 for nothing they spend their time on finding new suckered like you. The Yelp reviews are correct. They cannot manipulate those. Their job is to get people fake reviews so they can keep the score half way up other places by flooding it with fake reviews.

This is the worst company! They call and call and call and no matter what you do they will not stop. But if they continue ask for Ross or Thomas every time and talk to them and continue to tell them you do not want calls. They are a "business" that takes up your time doing their business without a care that they are wasting your time.
We NEVER asked for them to call us, help us, etc., Help us off this Merry-Go-Round!

This company calls from a different, fake phone number every day despite repeatedly selecting the option to be removed from the call list. They originally started with the area codes local to us and have now changed to a different area code within the state. We should be able to be removed from the call list when requested to. We have gotten almost daily
