Product never delivered, no real support
I purchased a digital product from Top Music Arts (Order #77811, $29.99 USD).
The order was marked as confirmed and completed, but I never received any download link.
I contacted support multiple times and was only told to “check spam and promotions”, which I had already done repeatedly. No actual solution, no re-sent link, no refund.
Their own refund policy clearly states that refunds are excluded only once the product is sent and downloaded, which never happened in my case.
I was forced to initiate a Mastercard chargeback and report the issue to the relevant authorities.
Very poor experience. Not recommended.
