Purchased as a gift for a friend and the customer service team was amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful via email, despite my challenging request for personalisation and delivery in just a few days. It was very much appreciated - the personalised cup was shipped the next day and looked great when it arrived, thank you!

The cup looks great and starts out really well. However overtime the lids go glitchy and often won't. When they do open the cnap shut suddenly when I am drinking . I have had several bad experiences with hot coffee splashing onto my lips. The shop where i bought the mug have repalced the lids twice. Today I got another scalded lip. I won't be bothering to get a new lid. I will buy a new mug with a basic lid. It's a pity because they look lovely and do keep my coffee hot but not worth the risk of another scald

A fantastic Customer Services specialist contacted me to offer a full refund. they suspect this might be a one off issue, but refunded anyway... Excellent Service.

After hours of searching for something decent, I bought 2 Stroll and 4 Spill Safe cups, at nearly £200, and was sure I’d found the king of mugs!

The build, look and quality of the materials used is outstanding, however when I received them, I discovered that the design of the lid mechanism is seriously flawed.

You screw the lid on by turning it in a clockwise direction, then to activate the opening mechanism, you have to turn the lid anti-clockwise by a quarter turn.

However, when I did this with ALL the cups I purchased, the lid started to unscrew and come off BEFORE the drinking mechanism was opened.

I emailed Customer Services, who were very helpful and said you need to screw them on tightly, which we did, but no matter what we did, the result was the same.

I did get a full refund, but hope they sort the design out soon, as the mugs are great in every other way!

Great cup, love the 360º lid. I use mine in the house, to keep my coffee at the perfect temp until I'm ready to drink it!

Editing my review after Topl got in touch. I had issues with my order not being fulfilled and some of my emails their inbox were missed so my queries weren’t dealt with initially. But after reaching out on Instagram and over here, Topl got in touch and are refunding by me. Thanks for sorting it.

I received a Topl cup as a gift and absolutely love it! I've been using it ever since not only for takeaways but also at home with hot drinks. Easy mechanism that does the job it supposed to.

I'm a BIG fan of TOPL Cups. I bought one for myself, loved it so much, I had to get one for my husband. We both love drinking on the go, and the TOPL cups are the best for doing just that. It keeps my coffee HOT for ages (and I'm a slow drinker), and I love the design.

Christmas is fast approaching and I already know that some people are getting a TOPL cup in their stocking this year.

Best reusable cup I've bought! Good quality product which keeps drinks nice and hot, and doesn't spill if I accidentally knock it over when working at my desk.

Really liked my topl cup, it's sleek and keeps my hot drinks warm! I like how the lid design is different to the other coffee cups out there, very easy to drink from. The engraving customisation is a nice touch too. Would recommend!

Great cup, makes me look cool too.

I have 5 of these cups so spent well over £100 on them. It's hit and miss as to whether or not they leak. Pretty useless for the purpose, which was to ensure I don't have to clean a trail of coffee behind my daughter every day as she carries the cup out the front door. But, no - I had to do that yesterday and today, and on many other occasions. Also that's bad enough but the company's "couldn't-be-bothered/buy-an-extortionately-priced-replacement-lid" attitude is worse. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND USELESS AFTERSALES ATTITUDE.

Thanks for your response. And, yes, I do understand you're a small family business and, understanding that is why I have given these cups many many chances. I will have to dig out previous response I referred to as it is some time ago. In terms of how you can make it right, I'd say it's one of two ways: Either you can explain any adjustments the user can make to rectify dripping lids or, in case you were aware of this issue in early prototypes and have since rectified it in newer versions, you can send me 5 replacement new lids. Just to be clear we are always very careful in installing the lids so as not to cross thread etc.
We wait for the liquid to drop in temperature before installing them.
