website has no phone number so all communication is by email. The item I ordered was stated as ex-stock so after 7 days I emailed as it had not arrived, I was then told it would be in the post asap!. after another 7 days I chased again and was offered an alternative product or a refund. I chose the refund but have not received anything after 7 days. I cannot believe this company has stock and probably operates out of a bedroom AVOID AT ALL COSTS

On 14/7/20 recieved my refund. If you want to order email BEFORE YOU ORDER otherwise you may have a similar experience as me.

Simple, practical keyboard. Uses AA batteries so no charger fuss. Makes it totally portable. Comfortable to use. Service was excellent. I would recommend this supplier.

3 week delivery wait for product that doesn't fit. Samsung S8 screenguard that doesn't even attach to the curve of the screen.
Edit; in response to seller's reply, that's rubbish, what you sent out wouldn't fit an S8 or an S8+. What you should do is give a total refund for your 10p Chinese rubbish

Did not get what i ordered wrong colour wrong size was told i would get full refund which i haven't received

I wouldn’t even give this seller one star but had to choose something to continue.
I bought, on 18th June, a phone cover. The web page suggested 4-5 day turnaround. After 1 week I texted the web site phone number as the number was not answered. I was advised that the parcel was being sent by Royal Mail 2nd class mail but now on 05/07/20 this phone cover has still not arrived and there has been no reply to further text messages.
IS THIS SELLER A CON ARTIST. PERFORMANCE WOULD CERTAINLY SUGGEST IT.

Didn’t send the right cover and no screen protectors which where paid for

No conformation email, I emailed them after a couple of weeks with no response. Eventually got an answer saying they will look into it. A case arrived that same day but not the £14.99 one I ordered, instead it i had a different phone case with an invoice for £3.95 with it. Used them before with no issues but at the moment I'd not recommend
Update- we exchanged emails (before they replied on here) and I was asked to keep the wrong case and accept a refund of £4 which I replied to with a refusal and havent had a reply as yet.
Update 2: paypal refund received after I raised a dispute and asked to remove my negative review. Thank you.

Never received confirmation email but took payment. Contacted several times eventually promised would receive with 48 hours but still no order.

Very smart phone case. Fast delivery.

Good service. Had to email to ask for confirmation of my order and had to chase it up afterwards (putting it all down to the Covid situation). Got a confirmation with assurance of a time frame for the item being sent, and it was bang on. Will recommend.

I ordered an item on 11/5, chased it on 19/5, received wrong item 23/5, complained again & eventually received originally ordered item 10/6, only to find it didn't fit the amp it was intended for!
Have now given up with this company & ordered elsewhere & within 24hrs of order, it was dispatched. Expecting delivery this week.

Phone case arrived quickly given the circumstances. It had a small fault and the after service was excellent, prompt and efficiently dealt wth by Aamir as he gave me options to sort the issue out. Will shop with them again.

The phone case is ok but the buttons don’t really work well under the case.

Service wise, it took 2 weeks to come and when it did show up, it was in the wrong colour. I emailed about this and they never replied. Wouldn’t personally use again.

Ordered and paid for 2x fitness trackers For myself and my partner. Only one arrived. I immediately emailed and got a response within a few hours saying they would “look into it”. A week later and follow up emails and the missing device did appear eventually.

I didn’t receive my item and they keep emailing me infuriating me asking is my iPad case okay well no it’s not because my iPad has smashed
