The cargo was picked up safely in London. I was able to track the cargo all the way to its destination in Fiji, which included a stop and transfer through LA airport. The cargo arrived safely at its destination on time.
There was some damage to one piece of the cargo, which was likely due to local handling in Fiji. Despite this Top Flight did a good job overall.

Nazia was very helpful throughout the process of arranging the collection and delivery of my order. I was acting as a third party arranging transport of a package between 2 work colleagues and Nazia liaised between us all to ensure everybody knew collection and delivery dates and sent a collection label to the collection address to aid despatch.

I can genuinely recommend Top Flight for any kind of shipments really, as by now I had a chance to use them for full truck loads, part loads, dry, ambient, haz and non haz, pretty much any kind of cargo you can think of. Now I can also add to that list personal belongings, as they arranged my move outside from UK and it went as smooth as possible, even though it is not in their standard scope of services, so they constantly prove there are no challenge that would be too hard for them.
