Parcel sent too Manchester firstly so didn't arrive in time for my first sho with puppy.

My order has still not arrived after 20 days. I have called the company, no answer, seconds later a txt saying leads are posted by letter but royal mail priority is parcels. Ive messaged again but not had a reply, awful customer service

Bought a waterproof snood 2 weeks ago and it is becoming discoloured and the waterproof coating peeling off already with minimal use.

I did buy 2 snoods and was able to return one without any problems though.

The show lead & collar I bought is lovely. The collar is wider underneath the neck making it comfortable for my dog. This is makes it stand out from others. The lead is long enough for different breeds and is soft, making it nice to hold.
My order arrived quickly. And the new website is much better!

My girls have never tried to take them off nor have they ever cause any issue.
They are true to size and the only issue I have is that I don't have one of each 🤣

A friend recommended Bio-Groom as an aid to keeping our Westie white and I found Top Dog Show Supplies online as a stockist. So glad I did as the order came very quickly, well packaged and Daisy prefers the facial cleaning foam much more than the gel I was using previously. I've now bookmarked Top Dog as I'm sure I'll be back when I need something else. Great to be able to buy local too!
