Top chef is consistently delicious, quality meals. I choose low sodium & diabetic meals which are the best! My partner orders regular meals which he really enjoys. Delivery is always reliable and the delivery people are friendly and professional. And with prices today, these meals are an incredible value.

This company is absolutely amazing. I’ve been a customer for years and it’s just so convenient to have these meals ready to go when I get home.

My 102 year old mom consistently loves her meal, most important. Unfortunately I took off a star because of my problems with the website. Sometimes when I'm checking out it, it stops me and says, Some of the products in this order are no longer available. Doesn't tell me which ones so it's up to me to figure it out. So I need to substitute each of the 5 meals in order to check out. I called them and they are apparently outsourcing customer service so no one can save me the time. Talked to someone before about this, and nothing has changed. Too bad because otherwise they are excellent and recommend them.

After I ordered, a representative called because the shipping and billing addresses were different. This was a gift order so the different addresses were necessary however I had one thing incorrect on the shipping address and was able to change it on this call. That was fortunate. The representative was lovely. An option for gift messages on gift orders would be nice. I received Top Chef Meals as a gift and they were really good.

I tried to order a small sampling of their meals (less than dozen). FedEx totally failed to deliver until 3 days after posted delivery date (by which time the meals had gone bad). Customer service immediately refunded 100% of my money. They resent my order packed in with a full 21 piece order to a nearby friend with no shipping charge. The order arrived exactly on time with FedEx. Meals are very balanced and tasty. They are family owned and operated, and take great pride in their products and customer service

Great food, fast delivery!

I get an order about every two weeks or so, and I basically just add the previous order to my cart so it's quick and easy. I have figured out what I like and what works for me already, so it's just a matter of re-ordering the same. Because I get a lot of different meals at a time, there's variety, so I don't get bored. I love the convenience of being able to rely on healthy meals that meet my dietary needs (pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, overweight)

I dislike the fact I have to email several times before getting a response. I was told I would get my credit and as of yet no credit. Before these last 2 times your company was great. The foods are excellent I would like to continue but if I keep getting no responses or corrections to my problem.

Although it arrived via 3-day ground FedEx, my meals were still frozen.

I've noticed the menus are reduced. First I thought it was from COVID, but now I fear they may be struggling to stay open. Please don't close! I love your meals and they are affordable.
