Great sevice and meals!

Been ordering meals for my elderly parents and they like the food. Saves time for me not to cook for them daily. But, I ordered meals on 12 15 2025 in time to beat the holiday rush and was very disappointed. I was told by an email not sent with the company's name, so I didn't open it not knowing who was sending the message only to find out my parent's meals were not being delivered until January 7th, 2026. How can a company do this? I am now going to look into a finding a new company for meals. I am so upset and disappointed!

Easy to order and the recipient received order promptly and has been enjoying the meals

Unfortunately, the delivery logistics didn't work and the meals had to be discarded. The company said that I would get an email letting me know when the order was being picked up to be delivered. I never received that email or any delivery information. The company gave an option for delivery instructions which I provided but unfortunately they were not followed and therefore the delivery was not received and left outside for days and needed to be discarded.

i ordered several meals as a gift for my parents who have told me how much they enjoy them and how delicious they are. I like the convenience of being able to order without a subscription. Great service also!

I’ve ordered and sent meals twice to my Niece who is a new mom. They have really enjoyed them. Easy ordering & quick delivery. I highly recommend.

wonderful meals excellent shipping and service

I first got meals for my elderly mother. She wouldn’t cook for 1 and was not eating. I tried several meal services. I like that it’s not a subscription and you can customize some of the meals. My husband and I tried the meals also and they were good. Next level good. And because they come frozen you just need to pull out the ones you want for the next day.

I was happy with my experience and the food except that it wasn't clear when the food would be delivered. I would have liked more communication such as "order received", "estimated delivery", "out for delivery", and finally "delivered". I was sending this as a gift to a friend who just had a baby and I was not sure when she would receive it until she texted me to thank me.

The website is easy to navigate. Good selection of foods. I LOVE that i can change starch or veggies
East to prepare. Even though they are in plastic contains it is no problem at all to heat in oven. I place the container on a cookie sheet .. don't remove the plastic top wrap. Cook following directions.
The shipping is very good. I make sure that i order when i only have 7 meals left . I am amazed at how quickly it is shipped considering you can modify one or all your meals.
For me it is plenty of food. I am still hungry i will make a salad or bowl of fresh fruit.

The meals are delicious and serve the nutritional need for my 96 year old mother. She enjoys the variety. The service is excellent.

I've ordered Top Chef Meals for several years, and am rarely disappointed. I'm particularly happy about not having to order on a set schedule. I've narrowed my list of favorites after trying many of their offerings and hope they always keep those favs on the menu!

I enjoy the food a lot but not happy I can not pick the sides I want with each meal. I never eat spinach or zucchini, which were automatically included in the meat loaf and filet mignon meals

We have been ordering meals from Top Chefs Meals. They are convenient, the portions are just right, and they are well balanced and nutritious.

Even with customization, my orders have always been 100% accurate. I have been using Top Chef for nearly 3 years, and the meals are consistently good and well-portioned. There are a few meals I would not order again but that's more a matter of personal taste rather than any lack of quality.

I love your products, but my latest shipment arrived in rough shape. The box was so damaged it looked like it had been dragged. Could you please ensure more careful handling or use sturdier boxes? This was delivered via FedEx.
