TopCalcs offers a good price for buying used calculators, and their method of getting a bid and submitting your calcs to them was smooth. The only downside is that they are quite slow at processing the calcs after receipt and paying your money, so you will need some patience. I received payment a week and 2 days after they received the calcs.

Good trade in website. However they do take a while to submit your payment. And the new payment system they made charges a $10 processing fee for every transaction to ur bank PayPal Venmo. It’s not their fault but that’s a lot of money that website is taking.

The payment was late and I had to contact the staff in order to remind them to pay me. However, very quickly after I contacted them, I received my payment. Three stars for the hassle of having to reach out to find out why my payment had not arrived and for the non-user friendly website.

I picked a quality level of the item I was sending in for payment, and Topcalcs increased the level of quality once they received it. They increased the payment to me, and that type of honesty and customer care is rare these days.

Although I had to get a change of payment I was receiving due to me selecting the wrong conditions, it was explained to me very professionally and I understood and was still able to continue and receive payment. Shipping was fast and easy and they are consistent with updates if any are to be made.

The sale I made to this site was super easy and fairly priced. I was dumb and sent it on a Friday so I didn't receive the payment until Tuesday. That was on me. They supplied everything I needed in order to send the package just had to print it and ship it.
