I ordered some boots from this website however they sent me the wrong model. I have tried to contact them several times but have had no reply. Unfortunately the only way you can contact them is through the website, there is no separate email or phone number. I should have checked this before ordering. Also as they have a co.uk address I assumed the company was based in uk. Boots I did receive came from Shanghai.
