One full day on Mallorca

We had one full day on Mallorca and Topauto made it an easy day of exploring. The woman behind the counter es una trabajadora. She was patient and efficient. We visited three small but fabulous beaches and spent time on one of them enjoying the February sun and people watching. Returning the auto was easy. Great day.

Fair company

Everything was ready as agreed. Car was OK, clean, function and comfy. All instructions were clear and takingover process was very smooth.

We recommend Top Auto

On the 1st November we had rented a car in Palma de Mallorca.
Unfortunately I was ill that day, and we had to cancel.
We were supposed to pay a fee because of the late cancellation, but the people in the office were very understanding, so we did not have to pay after all.
Thank you very much for your kindness.
We would have loved to see more of Mallorca, but we'll come back as soon as possible. See you then (and I am better now).

Great service as ever

Great service as ever from the team at Top Auto. We use this company everytime we are in Mallorca - the prices are reasonable, the cars are practical and the service is good.

Superb company, easy & friendly

Excellent communication from start to finish, right up to the return of the car. Pick-up at PMI airport was hassle-free and directions to the pick-up location were clearly described and even illustrated. This makes it easy to find the pick-up location, even for people who don't speak English.

Quick and easy rental process

The rental process was easy, quick and very trustful. No insisting on insurance upgrades or further unnecessary additional sales. The car check together with the employee was very transparent. The return process was also easy. The provided videos of "how to find the meeting point" and "how to get back to the meeting point" were very helpful. We loved it!
