Horrible service. It been over 3 weeks since they promised a refund and I still haven’t received it yet

They gave me the help I needed for my online statistics course. I was scammed by a different site but TAE is definitely the real deal. Excellent results and immediate feedback from their customer service.

I feel the company does not care about deadlines. I gave them two weeks to work on a project, and the day it was due they told me that the expert was not able to help due to a clinical emergency.
They said the same thing with the first order I had issued. I was not able to rely on this service.

They really do not care about the deadlines. I asked them to do my assignments but they failed to deliver in time. I begged my professor for the deadline extension with point deduction. The tutoring manager told me to give him few hours. But at the last hour, they say that the expert is unavailable and they require another 5-6 hours. You cant be serious? This is mental torture! Please please do not use this service. Look for the alternatives.

If you want to read an honest and unbiased review of this business then read THIS. I contacted them for a coding project and everything was going well until they asked for a deadline, in which I granted. 3 days after the deadline, they sent code that didn't work, essentially just a mess. After talking to them and them sending the project back TWO times (they said that there were no errors) the project still didnt work and the code was still a mess. Not to mention their response times for the instant chat and 24/7 live chat were EXTREMELY long. After telling them the code still doesn't work, the "expert" stopped responding and the 24/7 live chat were "unable" to contact the expert. Multiple times over two days I had asked them for a refund, but they had prolonged it by saying they would "resolve" the issue. Truly unprofessional, and essentially a scam. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Please do not place an order with them especially if you're a CS major. They waited till the deadline to tell me " expert has contracted covid and they are isolated so they cannot get in contact with them". They asked for additional hours even though my assignment was overdue and I said whatever go ahead. When that deadline passed they claimed they had a problem finding a new expert. I just wanted to understand and learn before submission and I'm still lost. I've been waiting for 5 days for my refund with no luck. They respond when they want to and their customer service is pretty sketch. You can tell half of these reviews are fake.

Pre-arranged to have an "expert" ready to help during test time. I was charge an extra fee to do so. The next day, I once again confirmed that the person would be ready. Confirmed a 3rd time an hour before the test. Come test time, nobody was ready. 5 hours after the test, I received googled responses to the concepts in the test, not answers to the specific questions (no values inserted, for example). I asked for a refund and was told "solutions have been sent".

Very worst service. They take entire money upfront and don't even help with any revisions. Experts are so arrogant and egoistic. I asked help for a java assignment and they treat me like I don't know Java and make me believe whatever they say. I asked for revision and sent the screenshots to show what is not implemented and the expert is lying over and over that it is not mentioned that it needs to be implemented. I paid $150 and they literally copied and pasted code from Chegg which I can do too.
